Great tour!

It was a fun and long day, but felt like there was enough time to do everything you wanted and enjoy a lunch or take a break. There were a couple of quick group activities (clog making demo and how cheese is made) but you’re on your own otherwise. Paul was our guide and he was great! Very informative. Would recommend.

Do not eat before you go...

Do not eat before you go we did 1pm tour had no lunch and once finish were all full. Couldnt even eat much for dinner. Carolina was such a great tour guide she walked at a nice pace, and shared so much information about Amsterdam. It was a great food tour

Great Tour

We really enjoyed our tour to Zaanse Schans today. Our tour guide Miguel was great and explained about the windmills, how the area is all reclaimed land and we even got to go inside a windmill. Edam was good with the cheese factory and clog making and the stop for lunch at Volendam was scenic. Our only regret was that we hadn't worn jumpers and it was quite cold and windy. Highly recommend.

Great history of windmills in Holland

Liz was an amazing tour guide! She was very informative, friendly and accommodated the experience for the group that was with her. Seeing the windmills and learning of the history about their uses, how they were moved to the new location, and discovering the cultural background of the village were fascinating. This is a great introduction tour, and allows you the opportunity to explore more if you want to go back on your own. In spite of the tunnel being closed on our return back, she was able to maneuver a new route and keep the conversation going.

Fun to be on the water

I highly recommend the Captain Jack Amsterdam Canal Cruise for a fun and informative way to experience the city. Our guide, Lon, was incredibly entertaining and did a fantastic job explaining the history of Amsterdam in an engaging and easy-to-follow way. The cruise gave us a great overall sense of the city while still being relaxing and enjoyable. The drinks and snacks were plentiful, which made the experience even better. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing, learning, and having a good time on the water. We did the nighttime cruise which made the city twinkle with all the bridges lit up, but I’m sure the daytime cruise would be just as wonderful. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

A lovely morning at...

A lovely morning at Kuekenhof Gardens. Well organised from picking up the tickets at the Tours and Tickets in Amsterdam Station and transfer by coach from just ouside the station to the Gardens. Best to get there early before the crowds build up. The Gardens were lovely and tulip displays were impressive. Transfer back to Amsterdam was timely and comfortable. A good visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two hour canal cruise around Amsterdam. Drinks were reasonable and delicious. The charcuterie board was perfect for each couple. This was a much better experience than the very commercial and cheaper than the many canal cruises offered everywhere. Nick gave it the personal touch. My hides even very pleased with this experience.
