Board an electric luxury boat and set out for a tour of Amsterdam's canals. See many of the city's best-known neighborhoods and attractions as you cruise through town.
Listen to live commentary from your guide as you pass through the Jordaan neighborhood and along the Prinsengracht. Pass by the Anne Frank House and her statue out front before continuing to the Spiegelgracht for views of the massive Rijksmuseum. Continue your journey, passing by Leidseplein and the Bloemenmarkt—a floating flower market—and the Bridge of 15 Bridges, where you can see (and photograph) 15 bridges at once, returning to your departure point at the end of your roughly 1-hour tour.

Very efficient, easy directions to board. Unlimited alcohol is limited to beer wine but no cocktails which are about 10€ and have different spritz.
Our skipper kept everyone safe, lots of traffic on the canal with rentals so it can be chaotic. She knew the route and answered many questions thoroughly the ride.
Highly recommend doing a canal ride!!! Wave to the folks watching you too.

We booked this for a family of 4 and the tour consisted of mostly families and couples. The first issue was that they packed us in like sardines. The biggest issue was that the flowers they have lining the boat severely obstruct your views. While they look nice, the people on the boat had to constantly stand to be able to see the surrounding views. The final issue was that the guides were tone deaf to their audience. They gave us almost no history, but instead told us stories about places they’ve gotten black out drunk. If you’re going with a family, maybe pick a boat that is tailored more towards families.

It was a really nice cruise with the tour guide, talking a little bit about the history of amsterdam and pointing out a few structures. However, the drawback is the flowers on the boat impede your view of Amsterdam. That is what is keeping me from giving a five star rating. Also, the cruise is only about an hour-long and trying to down drinks within that time frame is really tough.

Bought the Bottomless Drinks package and it was excellent. Tour guides were really great, sharing facts and history about Amsterdam and the canals as well as making some jokes. Reasonable drinks selection despite being on a boat. Great value for the money. Would recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam and wanting to do a canal cruise/tour.

I purchased the Unlimited Bites and Snacks package, we were given no snacks and the boat was over crowded meaning the excellent tour Guide wasn’t able to serve drinks for us. The woman in charge of the tour guides told us twice she’d give us a snacks box and didn’t bother.

I booked a luxury boat with the orange flowers on my anniversary but when we got to the meeting point they put us onto a plain green boat. Disappointed with the design of the boat. Also the guide was basically talking to one person and didn’t take us to all the places listed on Viator.

The Route: Passing beneath historic brick bridges as the evening lights began to turn on was completely unforgettable.

If you go to Amsterdam you have to do a canal ride, it's pretty much a non-negotiable. Took the 7:30pm tour so it was golden hour. Beautiful scenery, learned a lot of cool random facts! Guides are super fun and personable, boats are comfy and beautiful (look exactly like the picture!), and the ride itself is relaxing. I would go again if I ever went back to Amsterdam at a different time of year to get a new POV.

Do not book this excursion if you want a boat with flowers. Because it’s just the luck of the draw and you can get the ugliest boat there if you spend the most money for unlimited drinks.

This was a great way to see the city and learn some history. We were visiting during a cruise. Our starting location was right outside Anne Franks house. We were able to do a little exploring around the area before take off. Staff was friendly and engaging. They made sure to include everyone in conversation. The boat was very clean and beautiful. I had lots of fun. This was one of the top highlights on my vacation.

Getting onto this was an awful experience. We showed up at our scheduled departure time to find out the boat was “full”. What? The guy made a “call” and we were told to catch the next one 20 min later but apparently these two guys are well known for taking people who didn’t have the time slot anyways. But through luck we wound up with Claire and Elizabeth who were extraordinary! So I’m convinced fate stepped in. We also got a free drink for our troubles. They explained the “boys” from the other boat are well known for letting anyone from any time slot into their boat and they’ve actually complained about them too. But Claire was a hilarious tour guide and Elizabeth was an amazing boat captain. So I feel like the mistake worked out for the best anyways!
