Started on time. Bike is ok, not worse than any bike in the city. Perfectly guided by Luba across city’s must haves. Physically bearable for men, ladies and kids.
Boat trip is cool! You have to go by yourself to the marina which is just 10 mins from the bike shop. Cheese is fresh, unlimited white/ rose wines, Heineken, soda drinks. Guide tells you some history of the city and main info about buildings.

I liked the bike ride, but that was mostly what it was. We didn't get much history or introduction to the city. Tour guide was nice but not super informed. We also moved slowly and missed the last section because we had to rich back to get the boat. It was not clear these were two separated bookings.
The canal cruise was better for history on the city but NOT a small group despite the advertisement that I was booking a small group. I was disappointed in that as well.
Overall, it was not worth the price tag. I think a regular sized group with a more lively guide would have been better or more cost effective.

Our guide did a great job, I learned a lot about Amsterdam. I wasn’t able to go on the Canal cruise portion because the time was changed and it was not right after the bike tour

Biked all over the city-was frustrating that the guide was in such a hurry he lost most of us at intersections etc-whizzing by everything at great speed, we went all over, but didn’t get much history nor information even when we stopped. Those that haven’t been on a bike in years definitely struggled and lagged behind.
The canal tour that followed was fantastic-best boat company by far-quite chaotic at the dock and nobody with announcements or signs of which times are assigned to which boats so everyone just standing around waiting to be called-but no one calling out-we finally went to someone specific and were told which boat to get on as out was already ready to leave.

Claire is good and really taking care of us and make sure we are safe on the road. She is knowledgeable and sharing stories with us along the way and make trip really interesting.
The canal cruise really good as well. The two ladies in the cruise also really hospitality and telling us the history, sharing stories as well.

Fun bike tour. Rob was a great guide for the bike portion, sharing both history and day to day life knowledge. The canal cruise staff was helpful, knowledgeable as well.

The bike tour was very informative and our tour guide was wonderful but I would not recommend for beginners. It was a small group, but it was hard for everyone to keep up with our guide. However, the boat tour was lovely and our guide Gloria was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend!

Nice cool guide, but the bikes were low quality.
The boat trip was nice, but I didn’t appreciate the cheese being left out to the flies before we boarded.

Little concerned as we started in the rain, but after 30 mins, we enjoyed sunshine and dried off in minutes. Enjoyable ride on the bikes and subsequent canal ride.
Bike shop was very accommodating holding my travel bags when I did not have time to check-in to my hotel upon arrival into town.

It was a great time. Bike ring very fun..got a bit scary later in the day as traffic increased but we had a good experience. Rob was a great guide. We had thought the canal ride was w the same company but it was a combination w another company. We had to get ourselves to the dock which was easy. Grabbed a bus bc our legs were a bit tired from the 2.5 hr bike ride. Canal cruise was very enjoyable. Good drinks, cheese and company..boats are packed tightly

Great way to explore the city! We had a smaller group for the bike portion which made it nice to customize our experience a bit more. But if you’re not comfortable on a bike, this tour is not for you. There are a few hills to bike up and you will have to navigate through some busy streets. The canal cruise was great! Loved seeing all the architecture of the city and learning history behind the buildings and canals. They kept our glasses filled the entire time. So much fun and would recommend if you like to explore cities in a different way.

The bicycle tour was excellent. In the catalog it did not specify that the river cruise was at a different time and unfortunately I was able to go on it do to a schedule conflict.

Fantastisk cykelutflykt med en kunnig och rolig guide. Vi hade nog önskat oss flera fotostopp men vi förstår att turen inte skulle hålla tidsschemat. Båttrippen toppade upp hela utflykten och det fanns mer tid till att fota. Turen rekommenderas men du bör ha full koll på omgivande trafik, en hel del elcyklister kör som galningar.

Hicimos con ellos el tour a los molinos y los pueblos pesqueros en 2018 y nos encantó. pero la otra vez nos quedamos con las ganas de hacer el tour en bici por Amsterdam.
Nos ha encantado, todo perfecto, Juan nuestro guía un genio, nos dio mil recomendaciones y nos aconsejó la mejor hora para hacer el paseo por los canales.
