You’ll receive an enormous amount of information in a beautiful setting, so much so you’ll want to review your history when you return home. There is light walking involved with several areas offering seating in the squares. We had an amazing tour guide, Brandon. There was no question he could not answer, so enthusiastic about the subject matter.

Lisa was very well informed. She offered interesting info in an
entertaining way. Even in our large group of 18 she answered all our questions.

James presented an excellent tour, full of important history of Savannah and the surrounding area. He provided many details about the people and events in Savannah. James is very knowledgeable and has a great presentation style. His tour was our favorite activity during our stay in Savannah. Plus, he gave a great recommendation for lunch!

Wonderful civil war review, on depth and chronological which helped in understanding. Easy sight walk.

Fantastic and flexible experience that illustrates an excellent cross-section of Savannah history and culture, with really great insights no other tour offers. This is no anecdotal or greatest-hits tour; this is the best introduction to Savannah you could ask for.

We were lucky enough to get a very knowledgeable guide who was a college professor as well as a Savannah resident. We had a great time learning and seeing historical Savannah. He also showed us some hidden gems of the city too. We loved the tour and highly recommend it.

Brandon Carter is one of the best tour guides we have ever had anywhere in the country, and we’ve done many, many tours in various cities. He was accommodating to different walking speeds for our group. And he make sure everyone can hear everything well. He spent extra time after talking and giving suggestions and talking about things to make sure we didn’t miss important historical structures. We highly recommend booking Brandon!

Our Guide-was just outstanding. A great speaker, very detailed. Had photos of all the past people that made Savannah what it is today. His knowledge on the Civil War was second to none and you could see by his face and body language that he loves Savannah.
Visiting from Ireland, he made the walking tour a GEM.
Thank You

Guide had quite the knowledge about Savannah history. He is a history professor so that maskes sense. Saw multiple squares and monuments. Discussed a bit about architecture. Enjoyed the tour. Only con for me was that I was hoping for more actual walking.

Excellent tour. Brandon was incredibly interesting and knowledgeable. Do this one and not a dumb ghost tour!
