Very small group (the electric cart only holds 6, including the driver/guide), very knowledgable and personable guide. We had time to get out at certain spots for a closer look and more in-depth info. Climb the Rocky Stairs if you want! Lots of interesting history, art, and architecture. No Liberty Bell, though, surprisingly. I was a little put off by the very aggressive waiver, which says you can't sue for any reason, not even their negligence. However, the tour itself and the guide we had were great!

The electric vehicle is a bit corny - a tight fit, but does the job. To get a broad perspective on Philly we found the couple hours well spent. Mark was a super knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide! My son is interested in history, and found the tour quite fascinating. We hit all the major sites and made a few stops; very fun and very memorable. The EV is a unique way to see the city!

This tour takes you all over Philadelphia to see things you might otherwise not see. And give you the history or quirky facts about what you are seeing. Brittni was an incredible tour guide and went above and beyond. She was funny and engaging. She was also very knowledgeable. The electric cars are nice if you are having cold or inclement weather. I highly recommend this tour.

Nice ride around the city. But I was expecting more stops based on the description, so if you are wanting to stop and take pictures at the various sites, l would select a different tour. Also, be prepared not to ride with your party. We had to ride in separate cars and the cars did not drive together, which made for a huge disappointment!!

My husband and I took the 2 hour electric cart tour on a very frigid day in February. Mark was our tour guide and he was fantastic. It was just my husband and I on the tour as the other party canceled and he really
made it personal. Mark was a wealth of knowledge and really shared his love for the city. When the roads were closed due to snow removal and we couldn’t get to the Rocky statue, Mark pivoted and took us through Chinatown and the Italian Market. He knew we really wanted to go see the Rocky statue and made sure to take us back at the end of our tour when the roads reopened. It was a jam packed 2 hours that allowed us to explore many of the highlights Philly has to offer! We would definitely recommend this tour!

The driver was nice and knowledgeable, but there were some real issues with the setup. It was very cold - and no heat in the golf cart. My daughter was shivering the whole time. We were also blocked from starting until we each signed a long and intimidating contract.

Barry was a wonderful guide and driver! I’d recommend for first time and even repeat visitors. I had to the Seitz as a child, but there’s so much to gain coming back again as an adult.
