Great views. Museum is interesting. Probably don't need to do the 102 floor, but why not? Great to see what New York was like 90 years ago
This was a brilliantly organised trip. The staff welcomed us in. They had an I-pad with a live feed of the view from the decks. (None at all.) We were given every opportunity to amend the date of our trip. We were on a schedule so chose to go anyway. The displays and gadgets were really good, very child friendly. Disabled access was really good too. There were so many restrooms- really well done. On the way up- the interactive lift ceiling was brilliant. Made my wife- who doesn’t like lifts relax and forget about ascending. At the top- there was absolutely no view but it was great fun. Every door had a staff member on it- all very polite and nice. Very well managed and great experience. No one could legislate for the weather.
It’s not just the ride up to the top, it’s a lot of show and tell info, and walking around before you get on the elevators.
We paid to skip the lines and there were no lines, so that was a waste of money, but it was nice to have tickets in advance.
Great experience. A must do in NYC. We had grown children with us who also enjoyed it as you had indoor and outdoor areas to observe. The queuing was handled well.

Would highly recommend, however cafe was a little disappointing
Beautiful experience at sunset! We scheduled our time about an hour before sunset so we had plenty of time to enjoy everything!
Can be busy and if events are on you will
be restricted to certain times you can access
the rooftop, expect to pay a lot more for drinks, amazing views, would highly recommend

Week day no ques staff friendly and helpful each stage staff are there to guide you where you need to go next the view was unreal on the 86th floor
Iconic sightseeing trip. Went up the empire for sunset and it was spectacular. Several additional experiences on the construction and films, particularly King Kong since we last visited.
They are the worst. I booked 2 tickets and realized the time was wrong. I called not to cancel, but to change the time from 10 am to 1 p.m., but they refused. I ended up losing $193
Amazing museum and views. So much to see of the skyline abd surrounding areas and districts well worth a visit.

This was our favorite observation deck. Loved learning about the incredible construction process and about those who worked on the building.
The other observation decks are just a bunch of fluff!
Must do for any travellers going to New York. Building as far as the eye can see nothing beats being in an iconic building.
Well worth the price, we went to the 102 floor but if that's out of your price range the 86th floor is a wonderful experience. The museum too is well done and the view spectacular. We are a family ages 10-76 and it worked for us all.
my flight from Louisville to New York on Thursday was canceled. I didn’t get in until Friday evening. I wrote to you and explained and asked that I be given an opportunity for a refund or rescheduling. I was informed I needed to contact the site directly. They could not find my reference number so I couldn’t get a refund. I have used this site in Portugal Italy LA loved it and have recommended it to everyone. And for $149 you’re willing to lose an advocate and a customer.
It was all good . Got tickets instantly and experienced was good . No guide was there so limited feedback is regarding purchase of ticket which was fantastic.

There was a little bit of confusion at the start while we looked for the entrance, but after that the entire experience was spectacular! Especially loved the 86th floor. We went at 7:15pm and the sunset was beautiful.
Seamless - the ticket process was super easy. I was a bit worried that when we got there they wouldn’t work or there would be a delay, but it was great!
It was great, but rather pricey. The view is amazing, especially from floor 102, and obviously the building iconic, but still the whole experience comes to big bucks for a whole family.
