- Most travelers can participate
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time at A-Dock, Bahia Mar Resort & Marina to complete check-in and waiver processing.
- All participants must complete a safety waiver online before arrival, with the link provided in your confirmation email.
- Children ages 5-17 can parasail but require a parent or guardian to sign their waiver.
- Minimum age is 5 years old, with a 100 lb minimum weight for solo flights and 450 lbs maximum combined weight for tandem or triple flights.
- Parasailing is weather-dependent and only operates in sustained winds under 20 mph per US Coast Guard regulations—weather cancellations are eligible for rescheduling or credit.
- Enjoy 8-12 minutes of flight time per person with the full adventure lasting up to 90 minutes
- Dress in comfortable beachwear like swimsuits, shorts, or athletic clothing. You may be splashed during your trip!
- Boats depart promptly at scheduled times and cannot accommodate late arrivals, so please plan accordingly.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

The crew, Jude and Mike, were very helpful and entertaining. The whole experience was great and I did not feel unsafe at any time. We had never done this before and it was helpful to not be the first to fly.

You meet at dock a which is directly behind the marina village restaurants. The guys are cool, work for of tips too so bring some cash to take care of them. Additional video and pictures can be purchased for $60 for just one and $100 for both the go pro and the pics. You travel with a handful of other groups. There were 10 of us Flying on the boat total. Your flight lasts about 10 mins and you will watch the other groups go. The dudes on my boat ruled and we had a blast. I went with my wife and 11 year old son. Great experience.

Mike was great! He called to make sure we knew where to meet. We also learned a lot about the homes and yachts in the waterway at the beginning of our trip. I would highly recommend this experience.

My reservation was cancelled and I wasnt even notified. We bought an uber there and back. I need to be reimbursed for the tickets and the uber rides from my hotel. I also tried calling to support number so many times. No one picks up.

When we arrived at the boat, the tour operator told us that we had to pay an extra $20 a person because you had the price listed wrong. Would not ley us on the boat until we pay the additional fees. Seemed strange and extremely unprofessional.

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like observer tickets were purchased rather than parasailing flyer tickets. Observer tickets are for guests who do not parasail, and if an observer chooses to fly, there is a $20 per person upgrade required onsite, as noted in the ticket description at the time of booking (Passenger Ticket Only!: Those who wish to fly that purchase observer tickets must purchase the flyer upgrade onsite for $20 per person.). Our team followed this policy as outlined, and we strive to handle these situations professionally while ensuring consistent pricing for all guests.

They wanted an extra $20 for each person to parasail and that what we fully prepaid Viator only paid for a ride on the boat
We refused to pay them, there was an argument them. They blamed Viator and refused us to get on the boat!

It was canceled by the Captain because they had only me, less than 4 people. I was never told this while booking, which was misleading. He apologized & stated you will refund me in full. I was visiting from New York. And am going back to NY today.

The experience overall was OK. I don’t recommend buying the photo package. They’re not professional photos and you could take the same quality on your phone. You go up for about 15 minutes, even though the experience is 90 minutes. You’re basically waiting for other people to go.

The staff was excellent Matt and Lee were very professional. The boat was very clean. The only thing we felt needed to change was the actual airtime. I think for the price 10 minutes in the air is not enough time. We shared the boat with three other couples which I believe shortens the amount of time you get. Great experience would not spend that money again for that amount of airtime.

Our trip was cancelled the day of due to severe rip currents / weather and we were told on the phone that we would be refunded for our purchase since the cancellation was not on our side. Well. Surprise surprise! After multiple phone calls and emails gone completely ignored, I’m still being charged for this excursion the company allegedly “cancelled”. This group is a SCAM. Don’t waste your money here.
