Super informative!!! Bring water if you go during the summer!!! I recommend earliest tour to avoid the heat as well. Our guide was AMAZING

What a great tour! Jenny, our tour guide, was fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable about JFK and the assassination details and was able to provide much insight and answer any questions. I was using a knee scooter because of a recent injury and Jenny made sure I was able to enjoy the whole tour. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide (Jenny) was excellent. The tour was very informative and leisurely. I rated 3 stars because booking the tour was very difficult and somehow I ended up with 2 tours booked. Also, we were delayed over an hour because of the weather.

We were actually not able to go to this tour. When buying the tickets I asked for a special request of a possible translator or a way to help. But no where did it explain I had to give cancellation 24 hoursin advance. So wheni figured out and called that I needed help with translation they just told me no. There’s obviously people from other places that would like to know the history so feel like that was bad on tour guide part not to be understanding and issue a refund. So basically they got free money and didn’t give a care for anything else

Our cancellation policy is clearly stated on every booking page before a reservation is completed. As with airlines, hotels, and most tour operators, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made outside the policy terms.
Regarding the language concern, your review demonstrates that communication was not the issue. In today's world, translation tools such as Google Translate available since 2006 and are widely available and used successfully by millions of travelers every day.
We always do our best to accommodate special requests when possible, but unfortunately company not offering translation to a different cancellation unless it’s reserved was a private tour.
We respectfully suggest that customers carefully review all tour details, requirements, and cancellation policies before booking. Taking a few moments to read the information provided can help avoid embarrassment, misunderstandings and disappointment.

If you want to learn about all that happened to President JFK in Dallas back in 1963, this is the tour you'll want to book. Very informative and puts you right where it all happened. Enjoy.

We were accompanied by Jenny. She was super full of knowledge. We got to go on the route of the motorcade and the on the bridge for an overview of the site. Seeing where Lee Harvey was stationed also. She told us things we didn't know about the assassination. Also, the route for Lee Harvey, which was really cool. All in all, a fantastic tour with a fantastic guide!

I really enjoyed this JFK walking tour in Dallas. Our guide, Anna, was amazing - very knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history. The way she told the story made you feel completely immersed in that moment in time, almost like you could feel the atmosphere of what happened there.
There’s definitely something very unique and emotional about this place, and the tour captured that energy so well. I learned so many details I had never heard before, and the entire experience felt both fascinating and unforgettable. Anna did a wonderful job, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dallas!
