Lots of details and fun. Had a great time. Left Dealey Plaza at 1045 so that we could stop at the Farmers Market for lunch and then walked around for a bit. Perfect timing.

Operating Schedule: Meet the trolley at 147 N Houston St. Dallas. at the corner of Houston St & Elm St. The trolley makes 4 loops each day. First stop Dealey Plaza - tour times 10:45am. 12:15pm, 1:45pm, 3:15pm. PARKING is behind the 6th Floor Museum at 411 Elm St. Dallas. $10 for all day parking in the back lot.

Ok trolley

They should know you don’t have service on Wednesday. We arrived in Dallas on Wednesday expecting to take the trolley and there was no service. It is not listed on your website that there is no service on Wednesday. Very disappointing. We did go back to Dallas for the Thursday trolley. It was difficult to hear the driver because the air-conditioning was so loud. The PA system needs to be improved.

Dena was a helpful, knowledgeable and engaging tour guide. We learned a lot about Dallas that we didnt know. Had some great BBQ in Deep Ellum and saw the arts district, including a mural by Maya Hayuk near the Electric Shuffle!

My husband and I are considering moving to Dallas. This tour provided an excellent survey of the main areas of the city and suggested POIs for us to take on later. Our tour guide was friendly and pleasant; she seamlessly provided interesting commentary on points of interest as she drove. We took the 1:45 pm tour, but next time we would take the morning tour, and hop off at certain locations like the Farmers’ Market or aquarium.

Awesome Experience! Dayna knows her tour route and history along the way! I recommend catching the first departure, so that you have time to get off at more than one location. My husband and I got off at Klyde Warren park, where we listened to music and had a light lunch at the food trucks. Then we caught the second departure from there and got off at Farmer’s Market. Nice shops…bought a souvenir and then had a delicious margarita! Caught the third departure from there and enjoyed the rest of the tour.

I want to take a moment to share my thoughts on my recent tour experience while visiting Dallas. It was truly a fantastic experience! Our tour guide, whom I beleive was named Deana (please forgive me if that's incorrect), was exceptionally informative throughout the entire tour of 16 stops. She brought a wonderful sense of humor to the experience, and her personal anecdotes added to the stories she shared. I also appreciated how prompt she was with our arrivals and departures, ensuring we stayed on schedule. She did all of this while allowing perfectly timed hop offs at stops for photo opportunities, allowing us to capture the essence of the history. Spending 90 minutes at your desired spots gave enough time to enjoy and return to trolley pick up location without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this tour experience to anyone (group or solo) planning visit the Dallas area. It truly enhanced my visit!

“Left Behind”

If you decide to get off trolley, be careful you are not left behind! There is no consistency between stop times between what driver tells you and what is posted on the itinerary. We got off at the farmers market and driver was very specific and saying to be back at 1:15 P.M. We were sitting at a bench about 25 feet from the stop, and we saw trolley at 1:12 pm approach, the pick up corner, rolled through without a stop and kept going. It gave us no time to stand up and get to the corner. About five minutes later, another group of three people arrived; their itinerary said trolley would pick up at 1:21 pm. So, six passengers were left behind. We were not able to get in touch either by chat, text, or phone to alert the trolley company. We had to take an Uber, and the other group chose to walk. The moral of this story is, get crystal clear information on pick up times and hold them to it, because it does not appear they honor the times. The tour was interesting, and we were looking forward to finishing the route. It was unfortunate that the trolley driver did not keep to the designated time AaAND actually made a stop (instead of the “California stop”)

We were waiting at the pick up spot and then we noticed a trolley, a half a block away so we walked over. The woman rudely told us that she was just about to leave without us. There was still one more minute before we were supposed to even be there when I pointed out that we were waiting where they told us to. She said well there wasn’t anywhere for her to pull in. Just a really crappy attitude. When I asked about where the stops were, if there was a map, and how long until the next trolley came after a stop, she said she would not be making any stops and that it was the last trolley for the day. I don’t believe there was anything to make me aware of that when I signed up. We were on the 3:15 PM tour. She was a bit garbled and confused and I couldn’t understand some of what she was saying. She also did a U-turn in the middle of traffic saying that it would take too long if she didn’t. Then she also stopped in the middle of traffic, the middle lane of a 3 Lane road because two women were trying to flag her down.

We got off the trolley at the Dallas Farmers Market & were told by the driver she would pick us up at 1:15 pm. At 1:13 pm we were walking to the corner to get back on trolley. There was a big white truck & driver did not wait for us. She turned right n drove off. We waited with 3 other ladies who were also on the tour with us but driver never came back.We had to take an Uber back to our car We were left stranded and didn’t finish the tour. We tried calling the phone number we had but there was no answer and no help available The 3 ladies also left after waiting and making calls to the numbers we had. I am requesting a refund This was a terrible experience. I don’t recommend this tour

Very limited signage… unaware of stops if you were to hop off. The driver ran every 90 min… not the advertised 15 minutes telling us there was 1 driver for the day! Just not like other hop on hop off bus tours I’ve been on in the major cities.

Our trolleys run every 90 min. We do not advertise 15 min. Dallas doesn't have near as many visitors as major cities like NYC or Chicago. We have discovered 90 min is perfect amount of time to hop off and visit a museum, have lunch etc then hop on the next trolley and your tour continues

If you want to take advantage of the hop on hop off aspect, start early in the day. I think it only makes 4 trips in the day, not the every 20/30 minutes like most hop on hop offs.
