Operating Schedule: Meet the trolley at 147 N Houston St. Dallas. at the corner of Houston St & Elm St. The trolley makes 3 tours each day. Dealey Plaza - tour times 10:15am. 12:15pm, 2:15pm PARKING is behind the 6th Floor Museum at 411 Elm St. Dallas. $12 for all day parking in the back lot.

Lots of information to absorb.... We had a rainy day but everything worked out and everyone was nice and welcoming.
I was unable to make it on the booked date.
I tried to contact the company three times to change - no answer
I also tried Viator - no answer
I went in to Dallas hoping to just hop on - no one there!!

Unfortunately you missed your tour and did not show up. There were other people who wanted to purchase your seats on the trolley and we turned them away. We offered for you to come take the tour on a different date and again you no showed.
The description of the tour on the app is a large misrepresentation. The tour guide started by telling us that this is more of a tour of what to do in Downtown Dallas rather than a historical tour. She did not speak very clearly and sometimes got facts about Dallas plain wrong such as when the Omni hotel was built. We left at the first stop and did not consider returning. Do not pay $34 for this.
This tour is advertised as a hop-on/off trolley. We were told to check-in at the office. As we found out, there is no office. When we boarded the trolley, we were told by the driver they don’t “do hop-on/ hop off anymore”! Just a standard trolley tour. The speaker system quality was poor which caused us to miss a lot of the details the driver was describing. Very disappointing!
Great tour! Lisa was very knowledgeable and funny. Would highly recommend this tour. Hit all of the areas that we wanted to see.
Lisa was a friendly and funny tour guide. I got a better feel for the city. The trolley was comfortable and air-conditioned. My only suggestion would be that they change the speaker/mic system. We all had trouble hearing Lisa over the AC and road noises.
Beware! It may not be what you thought you were getting . I bought a ticket for Hop on-hop off tour…Bus never showed up.. we were put on a bus that did not allow you to get off at a particular location
We had a great time on this tour. if your ever in Dallas texas this tour is a great on Mrs.Lisa was a great tour guide very knowledgeable please bring your family and friends . love it
Trolley was hot air vents barely worked; noisy passengers difficult to hear tour guide; sites for hop off not ones of interest
Dena was funny and informative. I think these buses are a must in every place you first go to. We’ve never been disappointed.
Decided to do the tour as something fun and interesting for my wife's birthday, and it didn't disappoint! Dena was an absolute joy and we not only had a good time but learned some interesting things about Dallas that we never knew before.
Dina was a great host! She knew a lot about Dallas history. We live in the city and didn't know half of the information was given. Great tour and would highly recommend it!

Tour was good and the driver was very good. The acoustics on the bus need some work since it can be hard to understand what is being said.

We apologize for your experience. Our AC is 76 degrees. On a hot day it feels good to get on the trolley, however the trolley was full an after a few min your body will acclimate to the temp. and will feel warmer that it did when you first got on the trolley. As for you not being able to hear, you could ask the tour guide to turn up the volume on he speakers. We generally ask if everyone can hear at the beginning of the tour and everyone replied that they could hear.

Some great local historical info. Thank you Dinah!!! Wonderful drive around Dallas, great way to say lots in the heat. Stopped at Deep Ellum for lunch, art, vintage items and cool books. Very vibes little area. Dinah has awesome local knowledge, was funny, and made great recommendations of things near the stops (❤️the boot shop Dinah!).
We enjoyed the tour. I just wish the stops were described better and that the times were listed as well.

They should know you don’t have service on Wednesday. We arrived in Dallas on Wednesday expecting to take the trolley and there was no service. It is not listed on your website that there is no service on Wednesday. Very disappointing. We did go back to Dallas for the Thursday trolley. It was difficult to hear the driver because the air-conditioning was so loud. The PA system needs to be improved.
Dena was a helpful, knowledgeable and engaging tour guide. We learned a lot about Dallas that we didnt know. Had some great BBQ in Deep Ellum and saw the arts district, including a mural by Maya Hayuk near the Electric Shuffle!

Dena was a wealth of knowledge about the Dallas area. The tour gave us a really nice overview of the city.
My husband and I are considering moving to Dallas. This tour provided an excellent survey of the main areas of the city and suggested POIs for us to take on later. Our tour guide was friendly and pleasant; she seamlessly provided interesting commentary on points of interest as she drove. We took the 1:45 pm tour, but next time we would take the morning tour, and hop off at certain locations like the Farmers’ Market or aquarium.
It's a super quick way to see the city. Very informative and a fun way to see things you definitely wouldn't driving around.
