A must-do experience - even with food allergies

Great day trip with many wonderful sites!

Great day trip, where all went as planned. Petra was a nice guide, with clear comments on each attraction. In my opinion, we could have skipped the stop to pat the horses, as they were a bit nervous about all the many people putting their hands on them. Maybe just watching and leaving the animals on their own to enjoy their lives without our interference would be better.

Fabulous!

It was a small group and the bus had a mix of double and single seats which was a great option when you are a solo traveller. The group was a mix of couples, groups and solo travellers. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The guide was very knowledgable and gave some really interesting facts as we drove between each destination. I loved every minute of this trip and it was the highlight of my stay in Reykavik.

Love this excursion!

I loved this experience! The instructors were amazing and made us feel safe the whole experience. It was really cool to get to do this and I thought that it was well worth the money for the experience. Instructions were clear for meet up/throughout the excursion. Pro tip: wear thing base layers underneath clothes so the wetsuit can go over and you can stay warm. Pictures were taken by the instructor if you wanted some for extra cost but I was able to bring my Gopro and take some of my own! Would recommend!!

I’d go back in a heartbeat

The seven step ritual was laid out beautifully. I felt so relaxed by everything and genuinely had a great time during it all, and I usually dislike saunas and steam rooms. These ones just felt better. The staff at the swim up bar was very friendly and patient, answering my questions about the drinks available.

A fun morning of whale watching

A highly organized and friendly whale watching tour crew. Multiple sightings of minke and humpback whales during our tour. Also many ocean birds, which were unexpected treats. Boat has snack bar and clean bathrooms. Crew offered complimentary motion sickness tabs and were extra helpful to those suffering from motion sickness. Ticket pickup experience was seamless. Great unique experience even if you snorkel or dive; afterall it's between 2 "continents"! The team was terrific, kind, very professional and fun. Gear was all in great, clean shape. We were not cold at all. Martin our group's guide was wonderful and took great photos, a definite plus as we would not have been able to do this. We were partnered with 2 other ladies so only a group of 4, we lucked out! You snorkel as you arrive, there was no wait to assemble more people for a group. AND there's chocolate waiting at the end, will snorkel for chocolate! Enjoy! Thank you to our guides!

Perfect arrival day experience!

After a long travel day, this was a PERFECT way to spend our first day in Iceland! The lagoon was very relaxing and the ritual was incredibly reinvigorating. Timing it for a "golden hour" experience was worth it too. Our only regret was that we didn't plan an earlier arrival time to spend more time there before the last shuttle out left. Fantastic overall!
