Great way to see the canal district. Captain Jack boats are either open roofed during summer or closed roofed during rain, which is convenient. The narration is excellent and we met new friends from around the world on the boat. We got the full package which included drinks, including beer, and snacks.

Really great walking tour - was fortunate that not only was our tour guide knowledgeable, but she also was born there! She grew up there and still lives there today which gave her such an amazing point of view. She shared the history and heritage of the buildings and the industry, but could also convey what life was like as she’s explained some of it first hand growing up in the houses ay the location. Enjoyed all the tour stops and learned a ton - would definitely recommend!

This was a brilliant way to spend the day. Really got a sense of the Netherlands countryside. which was very beautiful interesting day, excellent guide. Highly recommended . Just be careful on the pick up point. Maps shows the street at the side with a street number but you want to be on the other side next to the water where all the buses are better instructions are in the “read more” part of the pick up info. ..told it’s a gps issue

Giovanni was wonderful guide

Giovanni was an excellent guide! My husband and I went on the Oct 14th tour at 9:30am. Giovanni was very passionate about art and helped to keep the small group together. He was very knowledgeable and navigated the museum well. We learned a lot about the Dutch masters and the restoration of the Night Watch painting. We would recommend Giovanni to other visitors. Lovely museum.

Hands down the best tour out there

Our guide, Roman, is the founder of this tour experience, and he was absolutely incredible! My first impression was that he took time at the beginning to get to know each of us individually- it didn’t take long, but he was attentive and immediately connected with everyone on the tour. Not only that, but he remembered all of our names instantly. This made the experience so intimate and personal, and really set the stage for the next 3 hours. He guided us expertly through the city, taught us the history of Amsterdam, took us to places besides our food stops, and answered every random question that was asked. All with humor and a genuinely kind spirit. And I have to mention the food! It was all incredible. We tried things we never would have tried on our own and got a really well rounded experience from savory to sweet, hidden gems to viral tourist spots. All without waiting in any lines because he had all the food prep handled ahead of time! I can’t speak highly enough of Roman and this tour. It’s 100000% worth it.

Don’t Hesitate - Book It!

I was surprised this turned out to be the highlight of my visit to Amsterdam! I was a bit worried because I often get motion sickness but thankfully the water was smooth. Even more amazing than that was the food! The food was absolutely amazing. I wish they would leave business cards of the restaurant that catered the food so I could have visited again!

Our lady captain was absolutely fantastic — very friendly, professional and cool. She had a beautiful English accent and gave us lots of interesting information about Amsterdam’s history, as well as recent events and interesting places and venues around the city. We really enjoyed every minute of the cruise and would definitely recommend this tour to our family and friends. Beautiful canal cruise with an amazing captain Chris. Loved the beauty, the views and a smooth ride.

We were fortunate with a sunny venture. Located near lovers canal cruise this is a smaller group just across the roadway. The boat was comfortable although they do put as many passengers as will fit (reasonably) this boat did not have a covering which could be problematic in weather. SKIP the beverage add on. We did not do it but I never saw those that did have more than a beer which would have been grossly overpriced. Our captain Chris was hands down amazing. Knowledgeable, humorous, easy to understand and just made the venture a pleasure. Enjoyed every minute wishing it would have gone on and on. No tides or ripple. Super smooth.

A day at Van Gogh Museum !

It was a great experience. We had the self guided tour which we paid in advance. If you did not you would need to pay for the audio equipment at the museum. The self guided y Tour was very easy to navigate. It’s crowded but you can’t get lost. We learned a lot about Van Gough life. To see the art collection up and close was amazing! The gift shops are great. Make sure you bring money for souvenirs!

A wonderful day trip from Amsterdam

The tour agency was located conveniently near the train station so it was easy to get to. The round trip bus ride made the keukenhoff an easy day trip from the Amsterdam city center. It was early in the season to see the flowers, but there was still a lot bloomed and we had a wonderful time!
