I added this at the last minute as a fourth tour that day. It cost $166USD and was well worth every dollar. I decided to pay for the private package. It is really more of a semi-private situation and included a non-alcoholic drink. Take your time during the seven-step spa experience because once you move onto the next step you can't go back. Then take all the time you'd like in the lagoon.

My husband and I went here on our first day in Reykjavík and it was amazing! If you land early, I highly recommend using the BSI (main bus terminal in Reykjavik) luggage There’s a direct bus from BSI to the lagoon. Can’t recommend enough!!

The most zen and relaxed I've ever felt. The sauna room and cool mist room were incredible, and the salt scrub left me feeling so nice afterward. The lagoon is warm and gorgeous and I expect on a sunnier day the views would be incredible too. Its quite pricey, not something I could afford to do twice, but really glad I experienced it. I advise people to really take their time in the ritual, savour each step, cause you cant go back once you're through and that sauna deserves a long, restful moment

Sky Lagoon is not to be missed. We went out first day in Iceland, after we checked into our hotel in Reykjavik. It is a combination of warm lagoon and spa. We enjoyed every minute. We even had a bite to eat in the restaurant. It's a limited menu but the Herring and Graxlox are some of the best food we had in Iceland. I slept incredibly well that night. One thing about this excursion we didn't like is the transportation. We had a walk to the bus. Then the bus went to the depot. Then we waited for another bus that took us to Sky Lagoon. Same on the return. It seemed to take to much time to get there and back.

Sky lagoon was amazing
The transfers were horrendous and we had to walk 2 miles back to the cruise ship due to Icelandia excursion not honoring their round trip transfer back to the cruise terminal as per what I paid for. Will never use them again!!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR if you are on a cruise ship!!!! Our cruise ship traveled from Scotland to Iceland through a storm which slowed our ship. As a result, we were 3 hours late to our port. We tried to communicate with Sky Lagoon through VIATOR to see if we could use our voucher at a later time and would get our own transportation to the lagoon. They declined to help us and would not give us any refund or credit. DO NOT BOOK THIS EXCURSION on the same day you arrive to the port.
Beautiful lagoon. 7 steps were fun to do! Highly recommend! We did a private room and it was an easy check in!

Well organized. 7 step ritual is worth doing. Maximum time is 3 hours before boredom sets in. Beautiful views. Very relaxing. But no longing area nor massage options.

The lagoon is beautiful. I would recommend private changing option. I realize it is a bit more but it adds to the experience not to have to strip naked to shower with a bunch of strangers. But if it is your vibe by all means go for it :). The only thing I ddid not like is that at times it was way too loud. I wish people would understand that it is a place for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings and not a party pool. Other than that it was a special day and experience to finish up our vacation

Our flight was delayed 5 hours. No WiFi on the flight to reach out to the tour company to notify them. Resulted in being counted as a “no show” even though we asked to be rebooked later the same day. Tour coordinator said nothing was available but sky lagoon website had availability. We weren’t trying to just get our money back. We still wanted to go on the tour. Had to eat the $350 cost for two people then rebook direct through sky lagoon. Resulted in me paying $700 to book then rebook because of your terrible customer service. Be warned if your flight is delayed, you won’t get your money back!

Sky Lagoon is super close to downtown Reykjavik and the airport so if you get in on an early flight head to the Sky Lagoon to relax. Water is clear and not at all salty or smelly like the Blue Lagoon. Infinity view of ocean is amazing. Be careful of your phone and $40 a glass of champagne. Wish they had robes and a seating area with a view of the pool area (only in cafe). Bring flip flops and enjoy!

Excellent! Pricey but worth the $$. You must shower without your bathing suit first before entering the lagoon. This preserves the water quality for all.

The transportation that was provided was not clear on the stops and the times. Part of this was the festival in Reykjavik that altered bus routes. But the bus driver from the main terminal to the lagoon (Reykjavik Exploration) told us every 30 minutes for pickup. He was wrong. It was every hr. After standing in cold rain for 35 minutes as we could not enter back into the Sky lagoon (which was quite nice), we ended up paying for a taxi (6450 ISK/$54USD) rather than wait another 30 minutes. Ridiculous since we had already pad for transporetation. There were 8 of us from 3 separate groups who had been told the same 30 minute pickup.
The SKy Lagoon with ritual was quite nice. Just book it directly and arrange your own transportation.

Terrible service. They didn’t pick us up, wouldn’t cover the taxi we had to pay for, and ignored the photos and videos proving we were there. They left us stranded and then acted like it was our problem. Never again.

What a disappointment! This was to be the highlight of our trip to Iceland. We were at the designated pickup location prior to 5:30. Transportation never showed. Viator said we could pay for our own transportation to the Sky Lagoon. We have used Viator successfully all over the world for many years. Do not book this. Viator plans to keep our $400.

The transfer was a little bit of a challenge to find but we managed it. The Sky Lagoon is absolutely beautiful! All of the facilities are very clean also. The 7 step ritual is well worth it too. Absolutely must do I. Iceland!!

Beautiful place. Husband loved it, I liked it. Had to rush to get the last bus at 2030 which defeated some of the purpose so don’t go too late and allow enough time. We were supposed to arrive by bus at 6pm but the bus got there at 630.

Pick up at cruise port was smooth. The lagoon is clean, beautiful, unique, and an experience only had in Iceland. You can stay as long as you want at the lagoon and the bus picks up every hour to return to cruise ship ;as long as you purchase transfer).

This experience is amazing! The 7 step ritual is unque and adds to the enjoyment of the experience. The lagoon was wonderful and the views from the infinity edge are stunning. This is a wonderful alternative to Blue Lagoon if you are in Reykjavik as it's so much closer that you won't have to spend a lot of time driving back and forth.
