This is a MUST DO! Ease of operation with transfers from a nearby bus stop and convenient return trip. Sky Lagoon is a picturesque slice of heaven that you have to experience. The lagoon overlooks the water surrounded by rock walls with a moss covered roof for the 7-step ritual. The sauna inside is the most beautiful one that I have ever seen. The staff direct you through each step of the ritual and then you return to the lagoon for a drink or more time to spend in the warm water. This was an absolute trip highlight and a truly amazing experience!

Absolutely fantastic! A must do for sure. Everything was wonderful (except for the cold plunge 😀 it's a bit shocking!) You can spend as much time there as you want, and we did. Totally enjoyed everything. The swim-up bar is an excellent addition to the whole experience. If you visit Reykjavik you absolutely need to go.

Sky lagoon was amazing! 10 out of 10 experience! A great way to relax! The 7 step ritual was great, and you should take your time going through the steps because there’s no time limit for how long you can be there!

This was the perfect experience for myself and my two sons aged 12 and 17. I was initially concerned that my son was too young but it was one of the most enjoyable experiences we had. Sky lagoon was immaculate, clean and the staff were so helpful.

After a long travel day, this was a PERFECT way to spend our first day in Iceland! The lagoon was very relaxing and the ritual was incredibly reinvigorating. Timing it for a "golden hour" experience was worth it too. Our only regret was that we didn't plan an earlier arrival time to spend more time there before the last shuttle out left. Fantastic overall!

What an amazing experience! I took my teenage daughter and we had such a great time. Although it was cold and raining, the warm water and atmosphere were perfect. We were a bit freaked out about having to shower without suits but it wasn’t a big issue as the shower cubicles are private (even for Saman experience). The sauna was great. The salt scrub and steam room were fab. And after the ritual you can go back into the lagoon and float around some more.

Spas are not really my thing but I’m so happy I decided to book this. We booked the ser pass & had the private changing rooms & showers. This also included transfers so was well worth the extra cost. The 7 step ritual is amazing! I’m not a fan of cold water so I really struggled with the cold water plunge, I ended up skipping that step and completed the rest. We spent about 3 hours there in total & it was just complete relaxation. It also wasn’t busy until around 12ish. The body scrub was so good it smells amazing & leaves your skin silky soft. This excursion was worth every penny.

It was a wonderful experience being in the hot water while a snow storm swirled around us. Even without a view due to the storm, watching it from inside the sauna was lovely and peaceful. We booked a second afternoon for two days later!

Make sure you follow the instructions. Shower naked PRIOR to putting swimwear on. You don’t need a hat or earmuffs. It’s very warm despite there being lots of snow when I was there.

The bus did not pick us up on time. A different bus arrived 45 minutes later and took us to the bus depot. The people in the bus depot helped us and a very nice bus driver took me and my cousin straight to the Sky Lagoon. The Sky Lagoon was beautiful! The people who work there are so nice and we had a great experience.

It was Clean, very relaxing, fun and beautiful. The seven steps was a relaxing fun experience. The views are beautiful and the water falls around were so pretty. Lots of coves to relax in.

My flights were cancelled on the day of the activity, so I was unable to travel to Iceland. It was not only my own flight; all inbound flights were cancelled on that specific day (20 March 2026).
Even after I explained the situation clearly, I was advised to contact Viator. When I did so, Viator informed me that a refund would not be possible, as the operator was unwilling to authorise one.
I believe this reflects an opportunistic approach towards a traveller placed in a disadvantaged position. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this operator, as this raises concerns about their professional standards and overall approach.

Lovely experience!! The facility is clean and the dressing room and showers are very nice. You have your own locker. You enter the springs from indoor area by stairs. The springs were warm and felt wonderful, the 7 step ritual was very nice! Go later in the day and stay for the sunset. The views are breathtaking.

We enjoyed the lagoon at sunset the best. While the ritual was okay, most won’t find it to be worth the price. Found out later that they have local indoor/outdoor public pools that give a much cheaper option BUT If you’re looking for a good tourist experience this is the one I would recommend.

Sky Lagoon is fabulous.
But this Viator tour is NOT the way to experience it.
The joining instructions were very confusing, and we missed the coach pick-up because of this, and had to book a taxi ourselves at our own expense.

Such an amazing experience from beginning to end! The 7-step ritual is a must and takes an already relaxing experience to the next level. Even without the ritual though, simply soaking in the lagoon is still completely worth it. The water was perfectly warm and, unlike what you may hear about other lagoons, my hair was totally fine afterward. The staff were kind, organized, and kept everything flowing seamlessly.

The 7 step ritual is unique to the Sky Lagoon and its renewing to both body and mind. The Lagoon facilities are clean and easy to use. The actual lagoon is warm, spacious and well designed. We went there twice and I highly recommend it.

We went early, so there wasn’t a crowd. The lagoon is beautiful and the organization of it is well thought out. There were employees there to guide you through the seven steps, making it easy to enjoy.
