What are people saying about Philadelphia

Great time
Loved the experience and the lady that did the tour (I can’t remember her name). She was hilarious, extremely informative and everything she showed us was interesting. We left the spot at 8 pm and it was over a little before 9:30 pm. We had a lot of fun, more than expected, and highly recommend!

Old City Philly walking tour
Great historical walking tour of the Old City portion of Philadelphia. Our guide John was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Philadelphia. John took us to the highlights along with other less known sights that the average tourist wouldn’t know about.

A Unique Way to Celebrate A Birthday, a Private Tour of the City Known for Brotherly Love! ❤️
Jason our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable! Besides the political history that Philly is known for, he showed us areas of Philly that we would have never known about. The architecture of the housing, and how Ben Franklin was part of that; the fantastic art work, especially the murals and mosaic village, the. Black history aspects of Philly that we asked to see and the controversy surrounding the changing of the signage concerning slavery and the fact that Jason knew about it, made us feel prideful!
Seeing that we came from different areas of the country (NYC, Cleveland, Querryville, PA) made for a fantastic afternoon to spend learning about the historic aspects of Philadelphia as a Birthday celebration.

You Don't Want to Miss This Experience
Do not miss this incredible experience, especially as our country celebrates its 250th birthday!
This exhibit is very well-done and historically shows what the colonies went through before, during, and after the American Revolution.
Do not miss this if you're in NOLA!

Best tour in Philly
I had a beautiful experience on the BYOB tour. Tim had some funny, corny jokes that made everything even more enjoyable. We were actually running behind, and they patiently waited for us — which we truly appreciated. I came with friends visiting from Mississippi, and they loved the experience as well. We enjoyed our wine, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe.

great introduction into...
great introduction into the historical places in the city. perfect for first time visitors to get an idea of where they may want to explore further. it would be nice for the tour guide to maybe have a speaker or whisper devices, street traffic can get a little loud.

Thanks Ted!
Ted was great!
Such a fun tour. Did this as a couple for date night and was not disappointed. Tour was just over two hours and about 1.2 miles of walking. Very informative and very entertaining. We learned a lot about America and Philadelphia and had fun doing it.
I wouldn’t bring the kids, but it’s not intentionally crass either. Adult language and themes.
Highly recommend!

Great experience - highly recommend!
Alma was a wonderful tour guide. She grew up in the neighborhood and her family owns many of the businesses, so she knows everyone and knows the history of the market very well. Plus she is super personable. Note: The name of the tour seems to be "Chef-led tour" - ALma isn't a chef but I believe another tour guide is a chef.

What an incredible experience! The Flavors of Philly Food Tour was the perfect way to experience Philadelphia's iconic food scene while learning about the city's rich history and culture. From authentic cheesesteaks and tomato pie to soft pretzels and delicious sweet treats at the famous Reading Terminal Market, every stop was thoughtfully selected and absolutely delicious. The tour is designed to showcase classic Philly favorites while highlighting local eateries and hidden gems throughout Center City.
