Beautiful Douro Valley Tour

Our guide Joao was so knowledgeable and friendly. He arranged a wonderful tour for us exploring a local Douro winery where we toured and enjoyed a delicious authentic Portuguese lunch on the patio overlooking the vineyard. We then took a boat tour of the Valley followed by a Port tasting at another local vineyard. It was a marvelous day.

Wonderful Intro to Lisbon!

The Tuk Tuk tour is a fun, efficient way of meeting Lisbon. This is especially true during the morning after your trans-Atlantic flight while waiting for your hotel room. It will definitely help you stay awake. Our guide, Ania, was fantastic! Not only was she very knowledgeable about Portugese history and customs but she was quite entertaining and an excellent driver! The 3 hours flew by! When Ania dropped us off at our hotel we definitely had a better, more informed, idea of how and where to spend our next 3 days in Lisbon! The Tuk Tuk tour was a fabulous way to start our two week adventure!

Duro River and taste of the Atlantic!

Great 2 hour experience on the Duro River! Diego the Captain and Co-Worker were very interested in our Comfort and Safety. The 46 foot Yacht was beautiful and glided down the River ever so gently. We were given very informative info about the River, Bridges, and Wine. Only 10 Passengers and plenty of luxurious Seating on the Bridge. Highly Recommend this Tour!

The meeting location was within walking distance from our hotel making it very convenient. Sergio was our tour guide and was very friendly and knowledgeable. A fantastic day!

Thank you to Tuna for a great day! We were picked up at our hotel on time and had a fun day wine tasting with a small group. The boat tour was fantastic along with the wineries we visited. Our 4 course lunch was delicious too! I also forgot my shawl in the tour bus and Tuna was kind enough to drive back to my hotel to drop it off on the same day. Thank you Tuna! We counted 11 glasses of wine on the tour, so it is fantastic value!

Fred puts the FUN in Food- a great experience!

We had the distinct pleasure of engaging with Fred on our very first food tour in Lisbon. We found the entire experience to be second to none! Fred was not only knowledgeable about the Portuguese cuisine but also incredibly informed about their culture. He took us to several fabulous food places which were authentic food establishments that we would have never found. Each was a different flavor profile and also so unique in its own way. All in all Fred knows how to put the FUN IN FOOD!! He made our holiday completely memorable.

Do this tour!

Tiago was amazing! The trip was great. Lots of walking and stairs, but worth it. He gave great recommendations and lots of good info. I highly recommend him. We did a Tuk Tuk yesterday and while the guide was very sweet, it didnt even compare. He gave no good info, just kept stopping at churches and telling us to take a picture. It’s hard to tell which at the best, but this one definitely was.

Catalina! “Are you Tuking to me?”

This is the best way to get around. The steep streets are quite a climb & too narrow for cars at some points! Prepare yourself for a fun but bumpy ride. Tuk Tuk had a clear cover overhead. Not overly decorated with flowers like some. Smart looking rig. Our tour guide was Catalina. She was an excellent driver & a delight to spend time with. You could tell the other drivers really liked her too. The vibe was friendly, and everyone was so polite. Highly recommend Eco Tuk Tuk.

Ivo and Rocha were great...

Ivo and Rocha were great maneuvering through the small streets of Sintra and sharing history and spots to not miss. Be aware there’s a lot of walking both uphill and downtown from the bus drop off stops to the front of the palaces on top of obviously the walking around the palaces.
