Great tour

Great experience, there was 8 of us in our group so we had a private tour. Mohcan our guide was great very knowledgeable. Was easy and very accommodating. We never felt rushed. The restaurant he took us to in the Kasbah was inexpensive and delicious. We had to store stops which is normal on stores but they were short with no pressure and we were quickly on our way. The camels were great. They are working camels and treated very well. Easy and gentle. We would recommend this tour anytime.

We had such a nice time...

We had such a nice time during this tour. Everything felt simple and authentic in a good way. Said Nkob always checked if everyone was okay and Salah drove very carefully throughout the journey. My favorite moment was probably just sitting on the dunes and enjoying the silence of the desert. The experiences were absolutely amazing and felt out of a dream. It was a lot of fun!! ...

It was a lot of fun!! The activities were well planned out and the views incredible. Also.... the bus has air conditioning which was very much appreciated. My friend and I who traveled together did get seperated from the rest of the group on the mountain hike so I would just recomend if youre traveling with a big group to keep an eye on everyone! That being said we still had a great time!

Great Family Excursion

We had a fantastic family trip to the Agafay Desert! Although we originally thought it was a private tour, it was actually a small group of around 12 people, but this didn’t affect our experience at all. The quad biking was really fun and covered a good distance, the camel ride was lovely, and the food was excellent. We travelled with two small children and the staff were incredibly accommodating, even happily providing extra dessert for them. The fire show was a great way to end the evening. Just be sure to bring water and dress for the heat, as the journey can get very warm. A big thank you to Abde Latif, who was a fantastic guide throughout the day!

Magical Experience

Great trip. Very smooth and professional from start to finish. Also felt very safe during the balloon trip, all the equipment was in very good order. Very good breakfast served over by excellent staff. We once again we felt like valued customers. Worth paying extra for the video but could be better prepared for when the drone appears in front of the balloon, we didn’t quite realise that we were the ones on camera, would have been more animated if we had known. It’s a great video but we looked a little bit incidental. Overall though a great trip. Thank you.

We’ve just finished our tour with Hamid, and I recommend him highly. His local knowledge professionalism and being able to cater for our small group made our day in Casablanca an excellent experience. Nothing was too much trouble and he helped us negotiate the haggling in the markets. His vehicle was spotlessly clean and he’s driving extremely safe. He showed us the best places to get refreshments and where to shop. All in all this was a great tour for our day in Casablanca and I recommend it highly to anybody who’s in town for one day.

Exceeded expectations…and then some!

Fantastic experience!! Great organisation where everything went smoothly and we were well taken care of from pick-up to drop-off! Our friendly and informative driver, Anes, had the kindness to inform us that he would be 5 minutes late at pick-up time which reassured us that we were not forgotten. Much appreciated! The balloon experience was just amazing! We had a very skilled German pilot. Take-off was so smooth that my husband hadn’t realised that we were airborne until several metres later!! 😂 Up there in the air, there was this incredible stillness and serenity and the surreal feeling of being suspended in the air. There were around 24 of us but almost everyone was considerate and kept conversation to a minimum. When there was conversation, it was in hushed tones. The sunrise was spectacular and it was beautiful to see so many balloons suspended in the air with the sunrise as the backdrop! Made for a beautiful photo shot! Our pilot made sure that everybody got the opportunity to witness the sunrise by seamlessly and almost imperceptibly spinning the balloon 360 degrees periodically. All in all, we spent more than 30 minutes high up in the air because the weather was perfect. Personally, it was just the right amount of time before the novelty wore off. Our coming back down to earth (literally!), was just as smooth. A slight bump and drag and we were on solid ground! 😊 The buffet breakfast was good and we were given a balloon flight certificate after this. There was also the possibility of purchasing - via a downloadable link - a personalised and professionally edited drone footage of the balloon ride for 300 Dirhams. All in all, I highly recommend this company for this particular experience! Well done, people! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Amazing experience

So much fun! The sunrise hot air balloon ride was stunning. Worth getting up pre-dawn for. The most memorable part of our Marrakesh visit. Our pilot was so professional, had a great music playlist and she even took photos of each group. We loved seeing the traditional breakfast (though enjoyed eating the croissants more). The camel ride was short (which was good, we just wanted to try it) and the young man leading the camels was so gentle with them and took some fantastic photos for us. Highly recommend this tour!

Amazing value

This was a pleasant surprise! Good upfront communication about pickup times with German precision. Ahmed picked us up and drove us to the desert spot outside the city. Fabulous full hour camel ride - they seemed very well cared for and genuinely happy animals! Then a full hour on quads… they have tracks for days. Then a nice dinner, good food and a 30 min show. All in all a great fun experience, especially for the price.
