We were in town for approximately 36 hours before heading on to other travels in Italy. Vallario was excellent at getting us around the town to see top spots, grab pics, and share some details about the history and city. Would highly recommend for those jet lagged, in a short visit, or have kids and know walking the city in a day isn’t going to cut it.

We had the guide pick us up at our hotel along with others taking the tour (5 others) our guide Fernando was very informative and friendly. He helped the group interact and provided some insights. We stopped at two wineries and had a nice lunch at the last one. If you like wine and enjoy a scenic view then this tour is for you

If possible, get the full guided tour - worth it!

Our tour guide Yuliya (sp?) was phenomenal, so knowledgeable and sassy and funny, navigated us through other groups with ease and we didn’t have to stand in that many lines at all. I have always wanted to visit the Vatican and I’m so glad I went with this tour, it was worth every penny.

We had Christian as our guide and had a great experience. We saw all the highlights of both the Vatican museum and St. Peter’s Basilica. We were given around 15-20min in the Sistine Chapel to soak in the art. Prior to entering there, Christian went into great detail about the artwork and what to look for. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything there. You can tell he had a passion for what he was saying, which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

A must-do if you want to visit Vatican

If you want to visit the Vatican, this is mandatory in my opinion. The lines to get tickets and security are insanely long, it’s crazier than any other landmark in Rome. You meet at the office then a short walk over to Vatican. Skip the ticket line entirely and straight to pre-registered group security line. We do a (very) quick pass through the museum, ample time at Sistine chapel, and end at the Basilica / Square. The museum is insanely big (takes 2 days to see it all). Lucia was friendly and an exceptional guide, I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Revealing Beauty and Genius

Sagrada Família is Gaudi’s unfinished masterpiece , a single project over a century and a half in construction. The Basilica is massive yet seemingly as fragile as lace. Alex guided us through Barcelona’s gift to the world, revealing the genius of its construction, the meaning of the sculptural tableaus, and the interplay of light and stone. The tour was educational and exceedingly well presented. It was inclusive and by using microphones and ear pieces the audio was clear and understandable. A visit to Sagrada Família is an exquisitely beautiful bucket list visit that should not be missed. Viator’s tour is highly recommended.

It's a lot, but Worth it

The Acropolis and Parthenon are a must do in Athens. The tour guide was an historian and archeologist so he was full of information and was able to answer pretty much any question sent his way. As an older couple, we should have split up the tour and spent time at the museum first, then the Acropolis the next day. It is physically demanding and with only a few minutes break, mostly spent in line for the toilet, we jad to cut our museum tour short. They do warn you about the physicality of the tour, do not underestimate it.

Love this tour!

Lovely experience from the meeting of the guide all the way through. Gayla was truly special. Her joyful disposition and hi relish was so enjoyable. Incredible Tour!

Our guide was incredible; he was hilarious & attentive to needs of each person. His depth of knowledge & passion for the history/culture was infectious. I could have listened to him talk about the architecture & true history all day! I thought I knew a fair amount about the history before but he gave me a whole new perspective. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour again & will book it again next time I’m here.
