Fabulous trip

We got a taxi to the meeting point and found checkin and instructions easy. We went on the 3.30pm trip so got the sunset on the return journey. Staff very friendly and served us with our wine. Had the snacks at halfway point. We sat upstairs 10 people in total. Plenty of room. There was about same amount of passengers downstairs. Lovely Yacht. Would highly recommend this trip.

Wonderful Douro Winery Tour!

Our experience visiting the Douro Valley was outstanding! Despite a little hiccup at the beginning when my wife and I nearly missed our pickup, everything worked out, and we were so glad we made it. The drive up to the valley was well worth it, and the winery visits were a highlight of our trip. Pedro, our guide, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. The people we met at the vineyards were equally welcoming and added so much to the experience. Overall, it was a wonderful day, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Douro Valley!

I highly recommend scheduling a tuk tuk tour with this company in advance of your visit for day 1 of your visit to Lisbon. Lisbon is the city of 7 hills…7 big hills with lots of steep inclines. The tuk tuk maneuvers easily up & down these narrow hills & streets giving you a wonderful overview of this grand city with plenty of stops along the way for exceptional views. Marcos was our driver. His English was excellent and he provided a lot of history and information along the way, answering all of our questions & taking pictures for us. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Day of Port, Wine & Stunning Douro Valley Views!

We had a wonderful day exploring the Douro Valley with Pedro! He was a fantastic guide and made the entire experience enjoyable, informative, and memorable. Our day started with coffee and pastries in the charming town of Amarante, followed by a visit to Vieira de Sousa, a wonderful female-owned and operated winery where we enjoyed learning about and tasting their Port. The fine white Port was a particular favorite! Loved the boat ride along the Douro River, seeing the terraced vineyards against the beautiful fall colors was truly a treat and something we won’t forget. Our final stop was Quinta dos Castelares, a certified organic winery, where we tasted a wonderful selection of wines, honey and olive oil. Pedro did an excellent job bringing the region, its wine, and its history to life. The day was thoughtfully paced, filled with beautiful scenery, great wine, and wonderful experiences. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Porto. A fantastic way to experience the Douro Valley!

We loved this day tour - great combination of history, beautiful coastline, and architectural wonders. Rodrigo our guide was knowledgeable, kind, and gave great tips at each spot we stopped at. We had a good amount of time in each spot to explore on our own - most importantly Pena Palace and Cascais. At the same time, we learned a lot about what we were driving/walking past. Rodrigo went above and beyond for us, even giving us recommendations while we stay in Lisbon.

A great day trip from Lisbon!

This is a full day tour worth every penny! The hotel pick up was worth while for us as it was so convenient to just walk out of our hotel. Patrik was an amazing and obviously passionate guide who took great care of our group. The local family-owned restaurant where we had lunch was just delightful & delicious! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in a day trip from Lisbon.
