Accomodating to the max!

Prior to following my partner to BC while they were in a conference, I had broken my foot. Everyone was incredibly accomodating, they were helpful for getting on and off the boat with my walking cast, offered to put a chair at the back deck first floor level and assisted me in getting to and from when needed.

Perfect tour for cruisers

We were off the cruise ship at 10 but check-in time at our hotel was 3. This tour picked us up at the cruise port and our luggage. We had a great tour of the area, it included attraction tickets, and we saw all the highlights. Kyle was the best tour guide.

Vancouver is a delight and this tour highlights multiple aspects of it.

Our driver was named Heather and she was extremely competent and professional. The tour was well designed with a lot of variation. Just enough stops where we got to walk around and see diverse sections of Vancouver. I loved every part of this tour and came away feeling Vancouver is one of my very favorite larger cities in the world and I have been to most of them.

No A/C in motor coach

Jason the tour guide was fantastic and is the only reason this tour is getting a five rating. Viator and the tour operators promised a comfortable coach with air conditioning. The coach had no air conditioning and no windows which resulted in an extremely hot uncomfortable trip. The guide did open the escape door on top of the ceiling but had little relief. I believe a rebate of a portion of the price is warranted due to tour operator failing to deliver on promises made.

Awesome!

This was a wonderful trip! A “must do” if in the Vancouver area. Our driver, Bobby Woods, was so informative! He guided us through everything: ferry ports, downtown Victoria and Butchart Gardens. He had been to all the places we visited and gave us a lot of excellent direction! I highly recommend him for your tour!

The Ferry over was good and well organised the ferry back was somewhat disorganised with embarking and disembarking not sure why the ferry staff might have been overwhelmed with amount vehicles on trip

Grouse Mountain/Capilano - DO IT!!!

We could not have had a better guide than Greg. Even though Grouse Mountain was clouded in Greg made our trip there memorable. Down at the lower level we enjoyed a great visit at the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. The bridge is not that scary and the cliff walk is a must. The stop at the salmon hatchery was well worth the short visit and was extremely informative. As an aside, I was very disappointed with my fellow tourist who did not feel the need to tip Greg. Greg neither asked or mentioned tipping but he deserved to be after 6 1/2 hours of working so hard to provide us an enjoyable day. Come on fellow travelers!!!

Awesome way to see the city!

We only stayed a short time in Vancouver and wanted to do a water tour during our visit, and this one doesn’t disappoint! Our captain, Paul, was super! He told us all about the city, as we headed to the beautiful natural areas to chevk out beautiful trees, snow capped mountains and finding three waterfalls! We saw a bald eagle and seals too! The boat is super fun and the red suits are a must if you don’t want to freeze. We really had a blast!

Great Customer Service

This was planned as a family outing just prior to Christmas. However two of us could not make it due to a minor but important medical issue. I had reserved for a 5pm time slot but went in and out of the site. I did not check the timing and reserved a 10am slot. The good part of the story is that my kids were told they have to wait to see if there was room at the 5pm slot (since that was what I told them). The team member sought them out and ensured they got in to enjoy the activity. The kids and their kids thoroughly enjoy the activity. One of them suggested it become, at least, a yearly tradition (We used to go to the Christmas train).

We absolutely enjoyed the Seaplane Panoramic View Tour from start to finish. The flight was smooth, the views were breathtaking, and the entire experience was beyond words. Our pilot was amazing — friendly and professional (I wish I had caught her name!). It was such a unique and memorable way to see the city from above. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting — definitely worth it! 💯

Wonderful experience and great way to see Vancouver, Victoria and Butchart Gardens. The seaplane trip over and back from Vancouver Harbor was delightful. We made a day of it with an early morning trip over and a 6 pm flight back. Gave us plenty of time to explore Victoria after touring Butchart.
