What are people saying about Chicago

Great tour of the river and Lake
This cruise was fantastic. I have done just a river cruise before but this was better. I loved hearing about the architecture in the river areas but also going out onto the lake was fabulous. You get to transverse through the lock that takes you out into Lake Michigan and learn about the the skyline from the East and West sections of the lake. Our tour guide was fabulous, informative and funny.

So much history and...
So much history and interesting stories shared by our excellent tour guide, Matthew. We took the 4pm tour. A great time of day to enjoy our walkabout. Loved our pitstop/break at Palmer House. Gorgeous. Do get a brownie, you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Matthew for a great time.

Chicago staples in one go!
Fran was a fantastic guide! We got to have perfect portions of all the Chicago staples in one go. It was awesome. Food provided: 1 slice of Deep Dish to start, 1 Chicago style hot dog, a small bag of Garrett's style popcorn, half of an Italian beef sandwich, and a brownie

Second time doing it and I'm still happy!
The customer service for one (with the operator) was so accommodating. I let them know I was running late and they immediately booked me in the next ride out so I wouldn't have to waste my tickets. The tour guide himself was very entertaining. This is my second time taking the tour and the only comment I have is that I felt like the previous tour guide (also from wendella) was more engaging with his storytelling. There were more facts shared and more buildings talked about. Unfortunately I have no clue what his name was. But other than that our tour guide in this ride was also excellent. Very professional and very engaging.

Chicago makes such a striking impression that you're best off discovering it from a few different vantage points. Luckily, Chicago tours offer multiple ways to see the city in style. Visit the observation decks in the Windy City's record-breaking skyscrapers for panoramic views; then, hop on a boat along the Chicago River. From there, zoom into a more local scale: Head out after dark to learn about the city's gangster history; explore its characterful neighborhoods on local-led walking tours—and don't forget to eat Chicago classics, from deep-dish pizza to Italian beef sandwiches, on a tasting tour.
