Very enjoyable experience

We really enjoy a cooking class on our travels and this was an excellent one. We were in a group of about 20 but the activities were all individual. We each made tiramisu and two types of fresh pasta which were later served to us for lunch, accompanied by wine. The tutors were friendly and helpful throughout and brought a great sense of fun to the whole experience. We were subsequently sent the recipes which we cant wait to try out again.

A Great Tour!

Our tour guide Roberta was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about explaining the history of her city and the sites we visited. The gondola ride is a must when in Venice so it was nice to have it as part of this tour instead of having to book separately. I would highly recommend.

Great way to efficiently see 2 main sites in Venice, learn some history, and do it all in 2.5-3.0 hours

Tour guide (very nice lady) provided interesting insights without overwhelming the guests. Kept the tour moving, hitting the highlights, without overdoing it. My family was very happy with the tour. You could spend all day in these sites if you wanted, but for us, we just wanted to see the key items, take some photos, and move on. It was perfect for us.

Great trip for the day

Susanne was a wonderful guide and was very knowledgable about all things Murano and Burano. The glass blowing and the pieces that we saw in Murano was amazing. Burano was a cute town and we had the chance to walk around and have lunch. This was a great chance to get out of Venice and see other things. Highly recommend!

Great Tour

This was a great tour. Our guide Gaia, was very informative and entertaining throughout the tour by adding her own stories to her narrative. Our boat driver (I didn’t catch his name but his boat’s name was Snoopy) was great too. He was very helpful with getting on and off the boat. The boat was comfortable and warm which was needed on a cool rainy day. Both islands were interesting to see although I did enjoy walking around Burano more than just seeing the glass demonstration and wandering around the sales floor. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and I would recommend and ask for Gaia!

Great Tour!

Had a great time being shown around the highlights of Venice with Roberta. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Smaller group tour of 15 which was really great not to get lost from the group. The tours of the Doge's palace and St. Marc Basilica we're short but sweet, getting the most important information and nice insights about the art and the history of the monuments. Gondola ride was a nice inclusion in the tour, definetly a different perspective of the city. There was an ample lunch break to be left for you to explore although Roberta gave us a few recommendations and we also went to walk through some of the quieter streets and squares at the end, which was nice to explore a little more! All in all I think this was a really nice snapshot of the highlights of Venice

It’s a bit of a long day...

It’s a bit of a long day but we enjoyed it. The boat rides help break up all of the walking portions. We traveled to a two different islands by private boat and spent time learning about glass making and lace making. In the afternoon we had a great tour of Doge as well as St Marc’s Basillica. Tony was a wonderful host. This is our first time in Venice, and this is certainly one of the highlights of our trip. I especially appreciate his attention to detail and the personalized care he was able to show us. Venice is a beautiful city, and I think we were able to gain a deeper appreciation and understanding thanks to Tony’s guidance. Excellent tour of the Basilica and Doge’s Palace

Absolutely excellent despite the rainy weather. Our tour guide,Lucia, was amazing. She not only knows her world history and art history but has in-depth knowledge of Venetian history and culture. The gondola ride was nice but spoiled by the bad weather. We’d highly recommend this tour.
