After our order was placed we received regular updates and checks from Viator which, for us, was assuring as this is the first time we have used this vendor. As to the transfer, we were met at the airport with the driver having our name prominently displayed. The driver was courteous, polite and helpful, loading our cases and ensuring we were comfortable before setting off to rendezvous with the boat. The drive was pleasant in our air-conditioned Mercedes which took about 20 minutes to arrive at the boat. Our boat captain was also polite and helpful and we were taken through canals of Venice to our hotel which was on the Lido. Our experience of the transfer was that this was a great start to our Venice adventure and we would both book this again when we return to Venice. Both my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending this means of hotel transfer as we made to feel like film stars arriving.

We were in Venice for four days before we did this trip. This was the highlight of our week. Our guide was phenomenal! We did extensive waterways clear up into the northern area out to the sea and back and around 2 Saint Marks Square. The boat was very quiet and the guide was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend highly pursuing this tour.

Our gondola boat ride with these magicians was absolutely INCREDIBLE. The talent of the musicians, and the singer's voice especially, was a joy to experience and elevated the experience to make the canals of Venice somehow even more beautiful. Would absolutely recommend!!
