Did a sunday morning...

Did a sunday morning tour, and I loved every single bit of it! The tour was super chill, and seeing cars that I would never see it elsewhere in beautiful daylight was such a memorable experience. I was given plenty of time to look around the PA and take photos, and Justin made sure I was enjoying the tour! Definitely recommend it, especially the sunday morning tour!

Daikoku is an informal car meet in a public parking area not an organized event, race, or performance. The cars and activity vary nightly, and high-speed driving is neither typical nor permitted. Guests expecting racing or a guaranteed lineup of high-performance vehicles are misunderstanding what Daikoku is. We appreciate your visit and will continue working to ensure expectations are clearly communicated to future guests.

Easy and efficient coordination of the tour. Friendly tour guides. They were from America 🇺🇸 so communication was easy for us, being from Canada. I recommend! 👍

Waited and hours and 25 mins to be picked up after being given a specific pick up time. When I messaged about it, it was brushed off with a “sorry”. Didn’t get to experience the first part of the tour because we were now an hour behind and the place closed at 9pm. Barely any good cars in the lot. I wouldn’t recommend and I would not do this experience again. It’s really disheartening and disappointing because I love cars.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, especially since we know how exciting this tour can be for people who truly love cars. On the night of your tour there were significant traffic conditions and delays that unfortunately affected the pickup schedule. While we always try our best to stay on time, Tokyo traffic and highway access can sometimes cause unexpected delays that are outside of our control. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, particularly since it affected your ability to enjoy the first stop of the tour before the location closed. We do want to apologize that our response at the time came across as brief. That was never our intention, and we always want our guests to feel heard and taken care of. Your feedback is important and helps us improve how we communicate during unexpected situations like this. For what it’s worth, the cars present at the meet change every night since it’s an unofficial gathering, so some evenings are much busier than others. Many of our guests who return on another night end up having a completely different experience. We truly appreciate you giving our tour a try and we’re sorry that the evening didn’t reflect the experience we aim to provide. If you ever find yourself back in Tokyo, we would be happy to welcome you again and do our best to give you a much better experience. 🚗
