This cooking class was...

This cooking class was awesome! The whole group got along really well and Massimo made it a great environment! We started with a tour of the market and learned about local produce, fish, and meat before walking to the house. The view from the house was beautiful, so it was a very scenic way to make lunch! The cooking was really fun and the whole group agreed we learned a lot of skills and recipes that we would use again! The food tasted INCREDIBLE! We had plenty of time to eat and drink and hangout. It was just a really amazing time! We loved it! Lastly, there were two people with celiac in the group (gluten free) and we felt very safe and the accommodations were little things that allowed for us to still have all the food (ie no breadcrumbs in the meatballs for the two of us and gluten free pasta in separate water). We would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend...

I would highly recommend this tour. Our guide Roberto was excellent and was not just extremely kind and energetic, but also very knowledgeable and provided us with so much information about Mt. Etna not only while we were hiking, but also on the ride there and back. Transportation was convenient as we were picked up and dropped off close to our hotel and they were able to accommodate food allergies for the provided lunch with wine tasting.

Alexandru Is A Volcano Expert

If you want to have a tour with someone who is passionate beyond belief about volcanoes then Alexandru is your guide. He has an incredible knowledge that I have never experienced towards volcanoes. He told us he travels to volcanoes on every one of his vacations. That is the type of passion he has for them. The winery is also fantastic from the views to the wine to the amazing food pairings.

A great adventure

This was an excellent tour, the tour guide and his wife were excellent. On the way up Mt Etna began smoking. The tour guide was extremely informative. We stopped at a winery where we saw a little movie of how the wine was made many years ago in the 1865. They also had cherries, lemons and other fruits on the farm. We saw a round Rainbow called an Angels rainbow which is very rare. We ate at the only restaurant on Mt Etna. My salad was excellent, but people complained about the food, which was all carbohydrates.

Fantastic!

What a fantastic experience. Authentic cooking, a wonderful Sicilian family restaurant with authentic cooking experiences, tips, flavours, and lots of fun! Our meal and wine were delicious! The location of the restaurant on the sea was beautiful. We felt welcomed and enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely worth the money.

We had a wonderful tour of Savoca and Forza d’Agrò. The evening before, Marcello contacted us via WhatsApp to confirm the meeting point, and the next morning we were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped off at the same place afterwards. Marcello was an excellent guide and brought the tour to life with his colorful storytelling. If you’ve forgotten some scenes from The Godfather, he will gladly refresh your memory and show you exactly where each scene was filmed. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the movie and made the whole experience both informative and enjoyable. Definitely worth the money — highly recommended!

The tour representative...

The tour representative was right outside the dock when we walked off the cruise ship. She pointed us in the direction of our guide, Andrea. He was very knowledgeable about Sicily and especially about Taormina, where we spent most of our time. The boat ride was fun and everyone enjoyed the time swimming to cool off. The local cookies Andrea served us with some Prosecco were a treat as well. We also had two hours to roam around the beautiful town of Taormina and had a delicious lunch at a restaurant Andrea recommended.

Great time!

Had a wonderful time! With the help of Chef, his mamma and trusty sous chefs, we made 2 pasta dishes and 1 amazing fish dish. While pasta dough was rising we were treated to tomatoes and mozzarella. Everyone was able to contribute - crushing tomatoes, picking basil off the stem, sautéing veggies. It was very hot- but thy gave us lots of beverages to cool down. We shared a nice meal outside with our new friends.

A beautiful day trip in Messina

The Godfather vs. Mafia excursion was nothing short of amazing! Our tour guide, Valerio was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job of juxtaposing the theme of the movie with the real life violent history of the mafia family from Sicily. The tour was enjoyable and the pasta lunch was delicious!! This experience was excellent, great way to spend a day if you are taking a trip to Taormina. This is a great way to see the eastern side of Mt. Etna. The three vineyards were all great and each one had a different energy and story. Our driver was great and had a lot of interesting information about the mountain. The tour is a whole day but it was a good mix of speaking with the driver and vineyard guides and then also having time with your group to enjoy the wine, food and views.

Wine Tasting - Mount Etna

This wine tasting touring was awesome. It was around a hour drive with beautiful views from Taormina where we were staying. Our tour guide, Orazio, was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel easy. Gave us great background on the area, the wine, and Mount Etna without making it feel like a lecture. The wineries were beautiful, the wine was incredible, and the views around Etna were unreal. Could not recommend this experience enough. If you’re in Sicily and enjoy a little bit of drinking, this is absolutely worth doing.
