The tour was interesting. Peter, our guide, was lovely and the Baron at the Castillo was such a character with many stories to share. It was also nice to see some lovely little towns.

A must see if in the area and pay the extra to meet the Baron and his see his house. even if you’re not a fan of the films this is an incredible part of the tour. I don’t wish to say anymore about this part so as to not spoil the experience!
Everything about the day was perfect, lots to see and at a good pace with an excellent lunch stop too.
Our guide Peter was friendly, knowledgeable and added to the experience.

This tour visits the scenic villages where iconic scenes of the Godfather trilogy were filmed. There were 5 of us in a spacious van. Our driver was knowledge, and our stop at Bar Vitelli and the restaurant later for lunch were wonderful as well. All in all, a great way to spend the day!

I was unsure what to expect but I really enjoyed the tour, especially the Castle of the Slaves. For me that was the highlight of the day. I'm glad that I decided to do this tour. The driver, Peter, was top notch too. He was very friendly, offered great suggestions and insight even though he isn't a tour guide, and very very flexible.

Our driver Peter was kind, polite and a true gentleman. He took extra care of my mother who is 83 years old. Mom is a huge fan of the Godfather films and this tour was the absolute best! Tour guide Alessio was so informative and wonderful to listen to as his knowledge of the three Godfather films is extraordinary. Alessio knows all the facts and tibits of the filming and locations for the Godfather in Sicily and showed us everything fans of the films must see. We learned things about the filming of all three films we never knew. My mother, son and I are from Staten Island, New York where Francis Ford Coppola filmed the New York Corleone family compound as well as many other locations on Staten Island and filmed at many locations we grew up around in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Now thanks to Alessio and Peter we have seen all the locations in Sicily! This tour is a must see, take my review to the bank. I am an Sicilian Italian American and the folklore of the Godfather films is part of my culture. My mother, son & I will never forget our experience with Alessio and Peter on this tour!!

Absolutely fantastic day! Even my partner loved it and he’s not a Godfather Movie Geek like me. We would honestly not have travelled to or seen such precious and beautiful, quaint old towns and heard such personal stories about the residents and their love for, their experiences with Francis Ford Coppola, the actors and crew if not for the Movies, and we are eternally grateful!
We were collected close to our hotel in Giardini Naxos, and warmly welcomed by Peter, our Driver & Guide for the day. We were in a small group of five visitors, which was wonderful, felt very personal and luckily our fellow travellers from Brazil and Australia were delightful companions.
We were blown away by the Baron and his home and it was more than worth the mere €25 euros each to visit this amazing, historical, and precious property. This Baronial home is strongly featured in all three movies and made for a fascinating visit. If given the option, please do not miss this! The Baron himself regaled us with stories of Al Pacino, FF Coppola, and others, he has obviously become great friends with them all to this day. We were able to stand and sit in such iconic locations from the movies, and learn so much more about the making of each one in this very special location.
The following stop-offs included so many more iconic gems including ‘Bar Vitelli’.. to sit where Michael Corleone sat, when asking for permission to call on Apollonia and her family was a joy! The coffee here and granita was superb, and a great little break before moving on to many more gems.
We all felt Peter was an excellent guide, personable, kind, and willing to go the extra mile for us, we felt extremely fortunate.
I cannot recommend this tour highly enough, and it is an experience we will never forget. Thank you to Peter, Viator and the ‘Sicily Grand Tour’ Company, fantastic!! Ps. The Pizza we enjoyed on our late lunch stop was actually the best we enjoyed during our whole tour of Sicily. Such an added bonus!

It was just the right amount of time. Two excellent breaks. One for a beverage/snack at the bar and lunch Mach at the village. Three bathroom breaks. Great information. Fabulous antiques. Walking tour was not strenuous.

This is a great day out, not only to see some of the locations for the filming of the trilogy, but to see parts of Sicily you might not normally see. Alessio who really knows his stuff and Peter were great guides for the day.

If you are a fan of The Godfather movies, then this is your Sicilian Graceland. Tour took us to many spots that were integral to the movies. Our tour guide, Carmelo, shared many stories about how the movies were made, why and how the communities were chosen…and he takes excellent photos. Great tour!

This was an amazing tour! My husband is a huge fan and loved seeing all the sights. The villages were amazing and we loved the delicious lunch spot. Getting to have a drink at the bar where Michael meets Apollonia’s father was also a highlight. We highly recommend this tour!

The tour brings you back in time regarding the GodFather movies. We go to key sites where it was filmes. The guide Alessio was very knowledheable and interesting in his explanations. This tour must be on your bucket list while in Taormina.

I would thoroughly recommend this tour!
Gianmarco was extremely knowledgeable about the films- in respect of their filming in Sicily and also in general. I’m a huge fan of the franchise, whereas my partner has only seen the first film. However, we both absolutely loved the tour! Indeed it is so good it would be enjoyable for someone who hadn’t seen the films at all.
In general- I can’t recommend this highly enough!

Wonderful tour and our tour guide Isabella was fantastic. Really knowledgeable about the area as well as the spots where the godfather was filmed. The pizza we had for lunch was delicious and the complimentary Connoli was so yummy. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who is a fan of the movies or just wants a great tour around the area.

A must for Godfather fans and a fascinating and scenic venture into hilltop villages, atmospheric cafes, ancient churches and a very special palazzo for their significant others. Our guide, Carmelo, was super helpful, full of stories about the connections with the making of the movies, and a very patient driver on winding hilltop roads.
