A Fun Day Cooking!
It was one of our best experiences. Daniel and his team were fantastic. The market experience was great! He guided us step-by-step through the cooking process of paella. He communicated clearly. The winetasting was phenomenal, the cooking experience in a group just excellent. All the little tapas in-between were excellent. It was a very social activity. Highly recommended!

Brilliant experience!
We had a brilliant experience at this cooking class with Maria and Gaia. Maria and Gaia were incredible and we had such a fun time with them! Gaia led our tour and was our assistant during the cooking. She gave us lots of helpful tips about buying in the market. Gaia was kind and funny and went out of her way to cater for the groups needs. The cooking part of the class was equally as fun and was accommodating for all abilities and ages. We made a cold tomato soup, chickpea and spinach dish and a chicken paella. We got to learn traditional ways of cooking and had so much fun! Halfway through the class we even got Sangria that Gaia had prepared (an alcohol free one for kids!) which gave the group an even greater chance to bond! At the end we all sat together to eat our food and the dishes were absolutely delicious! We had generous portions and left feeling very full! Lastly we had a lemon sorbet champagne dessert (alcohol free option also available) which really was a perfect way to end the session. I can’t recommend this enough and it was certainly the highlight of our trip to Seville!

Loved this experience!
It was great to go to the market and learn about the ingredients we used in the paella. There was more walking than I expected and I got a little tired walking from the market to the cooking site. Or cook/chef was so good! I can’t remember her name but she was excellent!!

Paella from A-Z
A great way to spend an afternoon making paella and sangria. Lorenzo (our guide) started our class by taking us to the La Boqueria which was a tour by itself. There he showed us how to choose the fish (squid, clams, oysters). After we went to their cafe to prepare our lunch, however first we made some sangria. Once we started the 6 of us all participated in preparing the fish and cooking the paella. While it was cooking we enjoyed conversation and more sangria. Once done we all enjoyed dining in the “fish of our labor”. The class was approx 3 hours. We loved it, it was fun meeting others, Lorenzo (the chef) was friendly and a great teacher. We would highly recommend it when visiting Barcelona.
