It said we shop for paella ingredients, but there was no shopping. It was 3 hours....not 4 probably due to the no shopping.

Very enjoyable cookery class for Paella, well organised, friendly teacher, however, should have had longer at the market, rather than the walk around the town.
This was absolutely an amazing experience!! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is wanting to learn some history, enjoy some wonderful wine & indulge in an authentic delicious meal!!

Brilliant paella cooking experience from start to finish! Tuathla and Steph were friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun, relaxed and engaging. We learned how to make a delicious paella and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this experience — a must-do for anyone visiting!
The paella class was well organized and enjoyable. Victor and Tuahla were great hosts and teachers. Everyone was included, even children. Recipes were provided. We learned a lot about our fellow travelers while we ate our creations. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing evening with drinks flowing, small tapas dishes appearing and the paella cooking beautifully. Daniel was an amazing host along with the lovely Mimi and they made this such a great evening. Daniel gave us some lovely background around valencian culture and paella, the wines were local and paired for each step of the evening and the session interactive and fun. This was the perfect last evening for our trip and we would come back in a heartbeat, Daniel was relaxed, funny and engaging and we loved every minute
Amazing!! Best cooking class I have ever been too!! The kitchen was set up perfectly for everyone to take turns and feel involved. Daniel and Stephanie went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. The food was great and the dessert was exceptional. I highly recommend this cooking class.
Daniel and Oliver were so knowledgeable and incredible! We had the best time, Daniel spent the perfect amount of time at each stop and explained the freshness and history of the market :) he was so fun and playful and Oliver did a fantastic job at explaining our wines and our glasses were never empty. 10/10, you must do this experience with Daniel and Oliver in Valencia! As a bad cook, I came out of the experience with a new recipe that I can now cook to impress all of my family and friends back home. Juan was a great guide through the historic center of Valencia, starting from Mercado Central to the kitchen venue. Due to the smaller group setting, I was able to meet new friendly faces. Tuathla was our chef for the day and she was truly an amazing chef and teacher. She walked us step by step and made sure we were all on the right track. Once we made our paellas, we were able to eat our creations at the dinner table where we ended the dinner with a sweet dessert. This is a lifelong memory I will never forget!

Best Paella cooking class in Spain by far! We did multiple and this was the best. The hosts were outstanding and the local Cava, Wine and Tapas were right up there with the best we had our entire trip. The set up was social, yet intimate and we were able to share our experience with many other couples/groups. Highly recommend doing this excursion!
Fantastic event! Traveling with a group of 10 and we did not appreciate how much of an experience this was going to be. From shopping at the market, the city tour and cooking paella Daniel and team were amazing- fun and informative instructors and city guides. Would highly recommend this event.
We had a lot of fun at this cooking class! Victor was an excellent host and instructor, very engaging.
My only complaint is that we didn't know that we had a choice of which paella to make and the email to choose arrived the day of the class, so I didn't get it in time to reply and had to make the default Valencia paella (we would have chosen the seafood option).
The visit to the Central Market with the group was underwhelming (it was more fun going to the market ourselves) but we went with Victor's assistant, Stephanie, who is just training on the job so she was just trying to figure out how to buy a few fruit herself.
The class itself was led by Victor, who entertains while he shows you what to do. The paella turned out great - better than what we had at a restaurant the day before! Wine was served throughout the experience. We met lovely people from all over the world. Sat down to eat our paella after cookout it, and were given a delicious dessert with more wine.
Overall, I highly recommend this experience. Advise the operators to send out the paella selection more than a day ahead to allow people to make a choice.

It does get hot in the kitchen! We had great fun and learned step by step cooking paella. We had a great mix of people from Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Mexico and US.
This was one of the best tours we have had. It was very entertaining, fun, hands-on, making your own paella Danielle, the chef was very good, funny, entertaining, and very knowledgeable with the making of the pie and the food ended up being excellent. They had lots of wine and appetizers to keep us entertained while it cooked would recommend it highly
Everything about this experience was incredible and well worth the money. The instruction, market, drinks, paella. Perfection. Huge shout out to our charming chef and guides: Pau and Cian. You guys made a fun experience unforgettable.

What an incredible tour! Started with a historical tour through the market and surrounding area before heading to make paella with excellent wine tastings. Not only was this an incredible value for the money spent, the paella we produced was delicious and we had wonderful guides. Tula and Daniel were incredible hosts. I am already recommending to friends!

Such a great experience, highly recommend! Our host Megan started with showing us around the market and buying our ingredients for the paella. Once we got to the restaurant there was wine, water, and some snacks to munch on. Megan showed us step by step how to make our paella and while cooking it we were given more appetizers (provided by De, an intern) and wine (it’s basically unlimited so pace yourself). Once the paella was done cooking (start with less salt then add more later or you’ll end up eating the Dead Sea) we finally got to eat it. Megan gave a delicious dessert and a sweet liqueur which was a perfect finish. My friend and I met some cool people during this as well which was
great.
So, so much fun! One of the highlights of our trip! The hosts were awesome and very knowledgeable! They were very communicative and flexible. The wine tasting was awesome, too! And we enjoyed sitting down to dinner afterwards! We made a lot of new friends!
