The team at My First Paella is hands down, the best!!! There are three guides total in a class, the way they split up and share the info flows perfectly. We could not stop laughing! They do not cook for you, so get ready to learn hands on!! We are so glad we did this class. We also happened to have a heck of a time getting to the class. We were late and missed the market visit but they were so kind and let us stay for the cooking portion! Beautiful memories made and even better food. Oh and try to get with Jose if you have the chance!!

I did this tour two summers ago while in Spain and I still think about this class often. So much fun making the paella!! They give you unlimited drinks too and applies and honestly, that was a nice surprise. Some tours are quite stingy with the extras. So this was wonderful! And of course, the paella was AMAZING! Definitely do it!!

This was such a fun class! I don't eat seafood, so I was happy to find a paella class that cooked a traditional Valencian paella with chicken and rabbit (and even snails!). The instructors were great at making sure everyone was involved and the finished product was fantastic.

This was a great experience and a lot of fun! We had a great afternoon of tapas, sangria, and the paella that we made! It was great to learn about traditional Valencian paella. The instructors were fun, esp Jose, and helpful!

Had an excellent experience at My First Paella. We were served delicious tapas and sangria. Then we got hands on with the cooking of the meal. Finally the group sat and ate our delicious lunch. We got lots of interesting information about València and the tradition of paella.

This was a great experience and fun activity to participate in while visiting Valencia. The 2 people running the class worked well together. They were authentic and informative while also making the class incredibly enjoyable for everyone! I highly recommend My First Paella!

The best paella cooking experience in Valencia! The tour guide is very friendly, funny, knowledgeable and loves cooking paella. Cooking class is all set up nicely with sangria and tapas. They prepare the some part of cooking, but you get to work on some cooking steps and it’s fun. And best of all, the paella turned out very delicious! If you are in Valencia, I highly recommend this tour! You won’t regret!
