The Lady Etna tour was a fantastic way to experience both the natural beauty and history of Mount Etna, combined with a wonderful visit to the local Gambino Winery. Alex was one of the best guides we’ve ever come across. His passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge of Etna really brought the experience to life, and he made the tour both informative and engaging. The food and wine tasting at Gambino Winery was another highlight — fantastic local food, excellent wines, and a lovely atmosphere. The small-group format made the experience feel personal and relaxed. Everything was extremely well organised, including a punctual pick-up and plenty of interesting information throughout the day. Highly recommended — a perfect combination of Etna, history, food, wine, and an outstanding guide!

Live and eat like a local - for a couple hours.

Alesandro, our guide, was outstanding. He is knowledgeable and humorous. Walking the narrow streets and busy markets of Palermo was a blast. We lived and ate like a local for a couple hours. For us, the king of Palermo street food was Arancina – a large, deep-fried rice ball stuffed with a rich meat ragu. Oh my god!

A wonderful day!

Our rally point was changed and we were never notified. Our tour guide Daniele came picked us at the location Vivator provided. What started off as stressful day became a wonderful experience thanks to Daniele. It’s not only his knowledge of Etna but also his passion for Etna that gave us a perspective that we don’t think anyone else could have given us. His friendliness and charm were admirable. You would definitely not be disappointed having him as your guide. It will a memorable tour because he goes the extra mile. At the end of the tour the only disappointment you will have is that you didn’t have enough time to be with Daniele. When you go for the light lunch they do not allow your tour guide to stay with you. They really should reconsider that because it gives you more time with your guide to discuss what you experienced. Best Etna Experience Ever!

Highly recommended to everyone! Luca (our guide) was awesome- he told us every little details about Mamma Etna, stoped in every corner to admire every single little things in the volcano, and he was so kind, patient and funny. In the Gambini Winery they gave us lots of food with wine recommendation and after the menu more lots of wine, as much as we wanted. Amazing experience, loved every minute of it! Thank you so much for making our holiday even better!

After going to Dublin, Rome, Palermo, and Milan, this was by far the best experience. It’s a family owned business the dads name is Alberto and the sons name is Luca ( like the Disney movie) it was my husbands birthday so we asked for a cake and it was the best cake I’ve ever had. It was amazing!!!!! My son has a heart condition and they helped him in and out of the boat every time. This people are amazing ! The food was 10/10. Can’t wait to do it again.

Semi-private tour from our cruise port to Toramina and Castelmola.

We were picked up at our cruise port. Communication from our driver, Michael, through What's App was easy. He drove us past Mt. Etna to Toarina where there were beautiful views and high end shops. Then we went to a less touristy spot and had a bite to eat with a great view of the volcano. We were entertained by Michael's stories and appreciated his knowledge of the area. We returned to our cruise on time before departure.

Excellent Way To Tour Palermo

Fabrizio, our tour guide was amazing. He was knowledgeable, very easy to understand, and did an excellent job showing us the sites and explaining the history. Just make VERY sure there are no reports of extreme hot weather/fires, etc. We were on a cruise and the fires on the roads from Palermo to Catania closed the roads, so our bus ride back to Catania took seven hours instead of two, which means we missed our ship leaving the port for two days. Other than that, the tour itself was amazing!
