Amazing Experience

If you want great food while immersed in tradition, etiquette, and custom, this is the tour for you. Our guide Tan, was knowledgeable not only about the cuisine but also, the customs and traditions involved while eating and drinking in a group. Some of the food was exotic and yet very delicious. Tan's presentation skills were top of the line and we appreciated his friendly, outgoing demeanor. By the time we were done for the night, we were full and satisfied. Come hungry to this one folks. Thanks Tan, we drank a toast to you when we ate and drank with our nieces.

⚾ More Than a Baseball Game — A Korean Cultural Experience

Few experiences in Seoul combine food, culture, and nonstop crowd energy quite like a Korean baseball game. From the moment the chants begin to the final out, the Korean Baseball Experience offers a uniquely Korean atmosphere that feels more like a festival than a sporting event … and it quickly became one of the highlights of my trip. If you’re visiting Seoul, I highly recommend the Korean Baseball Experience! Communication was excellent before, during, and after the event. Thomas was easy-going, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions. I was traveling solo and found it very easy to join the group and feel included. There were other solo travelers as well as couples, families, and larger groups, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. There were about 40 people in our group overall. The experience started with dinner at a restaurant just a short walk from the stadium. We enjoyed three delicious Korean fried chicken options, plus a drink of our choice, all included in the tour price. We attended an LG Twins game, and they won! Depending on the day you go, you’ll see either the LG Twins or the Doosan Bears. Our package also included a drink at the stadium, and there was plenty of time before the game to browse merchandise and souvenirs. On the day we attended, there was a pop-up vendor outside the stadium called Satur, which had some of the best souvenir options I found. Even if you’re not a huge sports fan, this experience is absolutely worth it. The energy inside the stadium is incredible, with nonstop singing, chanting, dancing, and crowd participation throughout the game. It felt like much more than a sporting event—it was a cultural experience. If you’ve never been to a Korean baseball game, definitely add this to your Seoul itinerary. It’s a fun, authentic way to experience Korean culture and one of the highlights of my trip.

What an amazing experience! Our guide, Marie, was very knowledgeable about the DMZ and wanted us to have a very memorable tour. She did everything she could to ensure our happiness. A little fast paced at times, I will remember this tour for the rest of my life! Note that weather is an important factor. I would recommend Spring or Fall. Haze or rainy weather will impact your chance of seeing NK.

Do not miss doing this tour

This was the most interesting tour we’ve had. Eddie is a former South Korean Army officer who is your guide. He is incredibly informative and knowledgeable about NK and the DMZ area. He also will keep you on your toes by asking you questions that make you think. He is also very friendly and engaging. This tour will take you to the 3rd tunnel (be in good shape for this), the Dora Observatory, Imjingak Park, and you’ll have a presentation from an actual recent NK defector. I highly recommend this tour.

The day was a whirlwind day, seeing all the sites! Eddie, our tour guide was great - so very friendly, offering wonderful tidbits of insight and getting us from one location to the next quickly. I want to give Eddie (and our bus driver) a huge shout out for their efforts to accommodate the handful of elderly on our tour who needed additional accommodations on the fly and they made it happen. Grace was an excellent guide

It was a nice day but did feel really rushed. One stop was the small village and we were given 10 minutes only. And a few people were 20 minutes late at the start of the day so that might have been the reason we lost time. Which is a pain because we’re all rushing to get there on time!

Best Day In Seoul!

We’ve been in Japan and Korea traveling for the past 3 weeks and this one was of the best days of our trip. Our group leader Wookie was fantastic!
