Diane was so sweet and energetic as she showed us around Seoul. She was receptive to our requests for what to highlight during our first trip to Seoul and she followed up after our trip with additional recommendations. Our tour guide Jenny was excellent. She spoke fluent English, made good suggestions, and helped us book arrangements. She had a personal touch and made conversations very easy. It was a rainy day but she still made our visit memorable by explaining all the relevant history of Korea at every site and spot we visited. We loved the lunch recommedations. Our driver Andy was very timely; he picked us up and dropped off at the convenient spots. The van was plush and clean. We enjoyed our time despite the imperfect weather. Highly recommend.

This tour was perfect as it was customized for us. We were traveling with our 90 yo dad and were taken great care of by the wonderful Gabby and our driver Charlie. We got to see a lot of the bigger Tourist attractions without worrying about anything. Gabby was so knowledgeable and fun that even despite bad weather, we truly had a wonderful time and got to see so much. Many thanks to her and Charlie for a great day!

We’ve traveled all around the world and this tour was truly exceptional — one of the best of the best! From start to finish, everything was perfectly curated. Jenny, our guide, and Tom, our driver, were outstanding. They listened carefully to what we wanted and crafted the most incredible itinerary filled with hidden gems and unforgettable experiences.
We visited a stunning palace with a breathtaking secret garden, explored the impressive presidential palace, wandered through a charming historical neighborhood where we enjoyed a full tea experience, and even visited a local market. Every stop was thoughtfully chosen and timed just right.

This tour was awesome! Our tour guide, Moon, and the driver Andy are so nice and accommodating. They went with our chosen itinerary, but also provided recommendations to make our tour worth it... and it worked just fine! She would tell us pieces of information about the palaces. Andy even played BTOB songs in the car (our fave kpop group!). For lunch, she even recommended the chicken in ginseng soup and it was yummy! She was very helpful with purchasing palace tickets and also accommodated and even dropped us off at the Namsan Tower at the end of the tour, which wasn't even in our itinerary at all! Everything went smoothly and we got to see so much and learn about Korea. Will definitely recommend this tour and tour guide to friends. And if I come back to Korea, I'll make sure to have her again as the tour guide!

K did such a wonderful private tour. She took us on a personalized journey of Seoul and picked us up from our hotel. She was prompt and a great photographer. She suggested the Korean hangok for us, as well as a delicious Korean bbq lunch spot. I recommend her profusely!

Sunny was punctual in our pick up, cheerful, & very informative. As it was a private tour, she adjusted the itinerary to our requests and even made changes on the fly during the tour if we wanted. She gave great food/resto recommendations. She is also fabulous at taking great photos for our family. We greatly enjoyed seeing the sights of Seoul with Sunny & would highly recommend her!

We opted for a relaxing tour with stop over for coffee and photo taking.
Our guide, Sua, did a great job bring us to places with great view. Sua gave us tips on taking "fun" photos, and we all love it!
Lunch was great with bbq chicken. Great recommendations from Sua and we enjoyed the lunch.
From her excellent care and kind conversations, it is clear that Sua is meet experience guide with wide knowledge.
We will be back again

The trip was completely customizable. We discussed options with thew guide and then did as much as we had time for in the most sensible order. It was a wonderful day. One great things is there was a driver and a guide, so we could be dropped off almost anywhere without them needing to find parking, and easily picked up again at the other end of the attraction, saving walking past things a second time that you have already seen on the way in. The guide was fun, very knowledgeable, warm, open and everything you could ask for. Would definitely use this company again for future trip and strongly recommend them for other, especially given how reasonable the price was compared to other custom excursion in the Seoul area.

Lynn was an amazing tour guide. This tour was most for our daughter who loves K-pop. I gave her information about what our daughter is interested in and she arranged the perfect tour. It was good if you just needed a driver and someone to walk you around. Nice and helpful with picture taking, but not much explanation or in depth history of places we visited. Tour also ended an hour earlier than expected. We travel internationally often and have been on many private full day 8 hour tours as a family, this one felt a bit rushed.

Emily our wonderful tour guide took us to so many sites like the Seoul Tower, the various districts we have seen in K-dramas like Itaewon, Insadong, K-Star Road, the Starfield Library. We ate at a long-awaited little restaurant where BTS always ate and had traditional Bibimbop and watched them grilling meat. We ended our tour at the Han River. Emily was the perfect tour guide.

I provided a long list of sites that we wanted to see while in Seoul. Emily, our tour guide, arrived early, took us to all the sites I had provided, and explained the history and culture of each site. We saw ancient palaces and temples, family markets, the Blue House, and shopping. She was so knowledgeable. We loved our tour, and Emily was absolutely great.

We had a wonderful experience with Cindy and our driver JK. Cindy was highly informative and offered great suggestions for our itinerary, both during our tour and later on in our trip.
