- Since the DMZ is operated by the military, the trip may be canceled without prior notice.

- All schedules are subject to change due to road conditions(roadworks, traffics etc.), weather conditions (storms, hurricanes, dense fog, heavy snow, etc.) and the government order, strike, and any other unforeseen reasons for the military reason such as military training, visiting higher level of military personnel etc. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel and/or alter any/all part of the itinerary which may result from circumstances beyond our control. We will do our utmost to improve that situation. However, we can NOT grant refunds. * Alternative itinerary Imjingak park > Art Space BEAT 131 > Odusan Unification Observatory > The war memorial of Korea > Dismissal at City Hall or Myeongdong.

A:We offer pick ups from most hotels, although for some hotels down narrow streets,we will need to collect you from the nearest subway station. Thomas was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgable, friendly and kept the tour upbeat and enjoyable. Activities on the tour were great and we learnt a lot about Korean history. Would highly recommend Thomas and this tour.
More walking involved than we expected and some may struggle with the tunnel walk.

Took the 17 June tour with my mum and daughter. Thomas was our tour guide. As DMZ is a restricted area, the places for tourists are largely the same for all tour groups. As such, the tour guide makes a difference for such a full day tour. We are thankful to have Thomas as our guide. I was very impressed with him texting us a day before the tour to introduce himself and to provide important reminders. This gives us assurance who to look for at the start of the tour. For the entire duration of the tour, Thomas was engaging, attentive and helpful. I was appreciative that he followed us into the third tunnel to ensure that we were ok. He even provided us with a list of places for meals in Seoul. Thank you, Thomas. You helped to add a positive memory of South Korea for us!

Amazing experience travelling around the DMZ with Winnie, the best tour guide. Humbling experience and incredible to see North Korea, the 3rd Tunnel and the swinging bridge. Does include a small hike and walking in confined spaces in the Tunnel but well worth booking with Winnie.

Kenny is a great tour guide. He took us to the suspension bridge, the observation tower and the tunnel. On the way to DMZ he clearly explained the history of the Korean conflict that led to the formation of the DMZ. His storytelling is superb and full of humor. 100/10 recommend Kenny.
