Definitely recommend!

It was a lot to pack into one day and unfortunately it was a holiday so traffic delayed things. We didn't get to do the cable car at the mountain or the zipline at Nami Island due to the time limitations and the many many people who were there for the holiday, but still it was a beautiful and wonderful experience. The garden in particular was gorgeous! Our guide was nice and knowledgeable and communicated well throughout the trip. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have limited time in Seoul and want to see lots of things.

Exceptional Service

Bella is an exceptional tour guide. She is very professional and works very hard. This was our first trip to Seoul. During our 2.5-day stay, we took a one-day tour with Bella on a Friday, and it was a national holiday. As a result, the places we visited were very crowded. But Bella was able to find good opportunities for us to see the places on the tour plan. In addition, not only did Bella tell us detailed stories about the places we visited, but she also explained the overall Korean history and how this place is related to the history. Especially the next day, Saturday, I had trouble finding somewhere to go in the mid-afternoon. I asked Bella by messaging her. She replied within 10 minutes with a detailed explanation and a map marking the places we could consider. Bella's colleague, Lynn, is also an excellent tour guide. Together, they make a great team for foreign visitors.

Worth Every Step: A Fantastic DMZ Adventure

Young worked hard to ensure that we got the most out of our tour. The day was packed with tourists, and I can only imagine the effort he put into getting us into the DMZ and helping us skip the long lines at every location. He was funny, energetic, and honestly walked like a ninja!Oh man, those stairs to the suspension bridge, along with the walk into and back out of the tunnel, are definitely not for the faint of heart. We also enjoyed a great lunch that was both affordable and filled with a variety of delicious local dishes.Overall, it was an excellent experience, and Young’s dedication and sense of humor made the tour even more enjoyable.

Invaluable assistance for people new to South Korea that do not speak Korean.

Joe spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We made special arrangements to have us picked up at the cruise terminal and have our luggage transported to the hotel. There was an additional cost to this, which we knew up front, and agreed to. This worked out perfectly. We went to the Seoul Tower and went up it. Spectacular. He brought us to a delicious authentic Korean lunch, which was included. He guided us through the food selection and showed us the eating customs. We also got to the the changing of the guard at the Palace. Fantastic experience. We then walked through its beautiful grounds. Lastly, we visited a residential area which was very popular to see how this has become a desirable area. Joe dropped us off at our hotel, but he actually went in the hotel helping us with our luggage and making sure he was there to translate if necessary to insure we had a smooth check-in. Joe was personable and helped give us insight into south Korean living. I would very highly recommend this fully customizable tour and Joe.

Fascinating.

This was a very interesting tour. Nara our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and explained the history very well. The suspension bridge was breathtaking- there was a steep walk to it, but worth it. The Observation deck was fascinating and the third tunnel was an experience. It was a hard walk up and down slopes so be aware if you have any mobility issues. It’s was a fascinating experience that is worth exploring!

Excellent DMZ tour with James!

Great experience on this tour! Everything was very well organized and ran right on time, and our guide, James, was wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in making sure everyone had a good experience. The DMZ itself was fascinating and absolutely worth seeing. One tip for future travelers: don’t underestimate the physicality, particularly the walk through the Third Tunnel. It’s very doable, but there are some steep sections and a fair amount of walking, so take your time and wear comfortable shoes. Overall, a really memorable experience and I would absolutely recommend it!

Really fascinating tour, I definitely recommend anyone visiting South Korea to come on this tour. This was the half day tour and we went to the Imjingak peace park, third tunnel, Dora observatory, and the reunification village. Our guide Sophie was lovely and we had a great time with her.

Wonderful experience of...

Wonderful experience of Northwest Korea. Seoraksan is beautiful and my only wish is we could spend a little longer there. Highly recommend the cable cars and Biseondae Rock/Geumggangul Cave! The cave’s a hike but well worth it. Also Naksansa is such a beautiful seaside temple! Our guide, Byungok Han was indeed a national treasure. Very kind, punctual, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour!
