We enjoyed the DMZ tour with our guide Yeoni. She provided a good overview of the history and politics of the DMZ, and ensured everyone enjoyed their time. There were beautiful views at the suspension bridge, surreal sights at Dora observatory, and an adventurous hike down into to the 3rd infiltration tunnel. Our favorite highlight was meeting the N. Korean defector - what an unimaginable story! Great tour overall.

Our guide Juno was very welcoming. There was a good variety of different foods to try and everything was well planned so that foods were seemingly magically ready for us right when we got to different stalls/restaurants. The only suggestion I would make is to give people more of a heads up on what to expect. It was hard to gauge how much room we needed to save when we didn’t know what exactly was coming up, some places we left a lot of food uneaten just because we were saving room but then didn’t like or couldn’t eat the next thing.

Vincent is a great tour guide to the DMZ

Very enjoyable experience - arduous descent and ascent down and up the DMZ 3rd tunnel but well worth the experience and insight into a foiled invasion plan. Wonderful time at the observatory looking directly at North Korean territory with the naked eye. The suspension bridge was good but expectations were not managed about the effort needed to climb the rough terrain to get to the start of the bridge. It was a bit too much for older participants after an early start and an already tough and active day. Vincent our tour guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable and nice demeanour

We had a phenomenal time touring the city of Seoul in South Korea. We met up the small group outside of the Buddhist temple, visited the Royal Palace, a traditional, South Korean village, and the tower on top of the mountain. Our Guide Katie was so much fun to be with, explained everything thoroughly, and was patient with us as we got lost taking pictures… Advice to the traveler: wear comfortable shoes water, pack plenty of water and Carrie extra charges for your phone. Highly recommend this particular tour of the city if you’re short of time.

Excellent tour with brilliant guide

Our guide, Tiger, a military veteran, was excellent – knowledgeable, engaging, and with superb English. He picked us up from our hotel, made sure we got the most out of every location we visited, answered every question thoughtfully, and expertly managed the logistics, even whisking us to the front of queues where possible. He was also great company. Thanks to Tiger, we now have a much deeper understanding of the origins of the Korean War and the subsequent division of Korea. The tour was well paced, informative, and fascinating throughout. We couldn’t have hoped for a better guide and would strongly recommend both Tiger and this tour to anyone visiting Seoul.

⚾ More Than a Baseball Game — A Korean Cultural Experience

Few experiences in Seoul combine food, culture, and nonstop crowd energy quite like a Korean baseball game. From the moment the chants begin to the final out, the Korean Baseball Experience offers a uniquely Korean atmosphere that feels more like a festival than a sporting event … and it quickly became one of the highlights of my trip. If you’re visiting Seoul, I highly recommend the Korean Baseball Experience! Communication was excellent before, during, and after the event. Thomas was easy-going, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions. I was traveling solo and found it very easy to join the group and feel included. There were other solo travelers as well as couples, families, and larger groups, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. There were about 40 people in our group overall. The experience started with dinner at a restaurant just a short walk from the stadium. We enjoyed three delicious Korean fried chicken options, plus a drink of our choice, all included in the tour price. We attended an LG Twins game, and they won! Depending on the day you go, you’ll see either the LG Twins or the Doosan Bears. Our package also included a drink at the stadium, and there was plenty of time before the game to browse merchandise and souvenirs. On the day we attended, there was a pop-up vendor outside the stadium called Satur, which had some of the best souvenir options I found. Even if you’re not a huge sports fan, this experience is absolutely worth it. The energy inside the stadium is incredible, with nonstop singing, chanting, dancing, and crowd participation throughout the game. It felt like much more than a sporting event—it was a cultural experience. If you’ve never been to a Korean baseball game, definitely add this to your Seoul itinerary. It’s a fun, authentic way to experience Korean culture and one of the highlights of my trip.

Above and beyond!

Harry at the tour company and our guide Jake truly went above and beyond in making sure that we had the best experience in Seoul! Harry was easy to work with in catering the itinerary to our needs. Jake is a fabulous and knowledgeable guide and a pleasure to be with. He even willingly pushed my 81-year old mother around the palace in a wheelchair and was so patient, careful and kind with her which made all the difference in the world when touring with an elderly parent. We will definitely use them again the next time we come to Korea!

Best Day In Seoul!

We’ve been in Japan and Korea traveling for the past 3 weeks and this one was of the best days of our trip. Our group leader Wookie was fantastic! His English was very good, he was full of good information and genuinely cared that our group had a great experience. This was a very full day with many great stops along the way. I highly recommend this trip and try to schedule on a day Wookie will be taking you around Seoul.
