A really interesting experience. Loved seeing the countryside outside of the major cities we visited. Our guide Erica was fabulous. Gave us such an honest and informative history of her wonderful country. It was really special to actually gaze over the DMZ - so steeped in these decades of history. My only comment on what was otherwise a great day, is that the access to the Suspension Bridge and Third tunnel are a little challenging. Thank you.

When I tell you this experience was a 10 out of 10…I mean it! Foreigner friendly I promise. Our tour guide Jake was the absolute best. So friendly and kind hearted. From the beginning to the end he was informative and communicated greatly. Took his time to ensure we had great photos and would offer to take them for us. Also answered any questions we had about the history of the city or general questions. There wasn’t one question Jake wasn’t able to answer. Unfortunately, during one of the walks I slightly rolled my ankle. Jake was so quick to assist me with finding the nearest convenience store. He helped to translate with the staff about my slight injury and they advised what I needed. Within 5 mins of me hurting my ankle I was all patched up. Jake bandaged my ankle with a cold patch and wrap and we were able to continue the tour. I had to move a lot slower to refrain from making my slight injury into a serious one. Jake would walk with me slowly and found me places to sit while he continued to explain to me the history of the sites we were visiting. I never felt rushed and I still got to experience the tour. I highly recommend this private tour to foreigners if your a bit nervous about exploring the city on your own. Jake was fluent in English and Korean which made it so much easier. Thanks again Jake for making this tour a memory that I will keep for a lifetime! ☺️

Leo our guide was informative and humorous. I was traveling with a family member who has to use a cane and Leo made sure that she was taken care of especially when going up and down stairs. The tour was great, night views of Seoul were fantastic from the 63 Building. Glad I did this tour.

This was by far the best things I did during my trip yo Seoul!! It was so interesting to experience another culture and to learn so much. My husband never took a cooking class before this and he loved it too🫶🏼 I live on Hawaii and I’ve been on a lot of tours, but this by far was one of the best things I’ve done.

Young was one of the best tour guides we have ever toured with. Young picked us up in our unconventional meeting location (the Laneige store in Myeong-dong), and proceeded to take us on a wonderful walking tour of Seoul. On our tour, we saw all of the major highlights of the city, as well as some hidden gems. Young took us to make museums and lookout points around the city. At the end of our tour, Young gave us advice for where to eat and what to see in the rest of our limited time in Seoul. Young is a PhD candidate studying Korean history, so he is very knowledgable about the city and he was able to answer any and all of our questions about Korean history, heritage, and culture. Young also knows the city very well and we felt very comfortable joining him all over the city. Apart from this, Young was very friendly and personable. we loved talking to him and learning about his life in Seoul. He told us about his travels as well, and we developed a friendship. We would recommend Young's tours to anyone traveling to Korea. Thank you, Young!

We had a great time. The tour guide (Hee-Soo) gave detailed explanations of Korean history and culture while visiting the famous landmarks. We learned a lot and would recommend this tour to foreign tourists wanting to learn Korean history and culture for the first time.

This was such a fun and interactive experience and easily one of the best food tours we’ve ever done. I unfortunately can’t remember our guide’s name, but she was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience unforgettable. She encouraged us to try everything, explained each dish in detail, and shared the history and cultural significance behind the foods we were eating. It wasn’t just a food tour—it was a chance to learn about Korean culture through its cuisine. I also appreciated that she never rushed us. She gave everyone time to enjoy each stop, ask questions, and step outside of their comfort zones. Because of her enthusiasm and knowledge, we ended up trying foods we probably never would have ordered on our own, and we’re so glad we did! The tour was engaging from beginning to end, and it truly felt like we were exploring Seoul with a local friend rather than following a scripted tour. If you’re looking for something different from the typical sightseeing experience, this is absolutely worth it. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seoul, whether it’s your first time or your fifth. Come hungry, be open to trying new things, and you’ll have an incredible time. 20/10—highly recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience on the DMZ with North Korea Experience Hall and Suspension Bridge tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing tour guide, EVAN. EVAN was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate. He provided detailed historical context, interesting facts, and thoughtful explanations that made every stop along the tour meaningful and easy to understand. His storytelling brought the history to life, making the experience far more impactful than I had imagined. The visit to the DMZ was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and the Suspension Bridge offered breathtaking views that made the trip even more memorable. Throughout the day, EVAN ensured everyone was comfortable, organized, and had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Thank you, EVAN, for an amazing experience!
