(Please do not go outside) Seoul hotel -> Incheon Airport : Please choose the pick up time at least 3.5 hours before departure (ex : flight departure at 11:00am - pick up time at 07:30 am)

If you’re going to downtown Seoul, at around 6pm, be prepared for a 90+ min ride. But the driver was professional and courteous.

Excellent expérience. They communicated in advance so we would know they would meet us as scheduled. And when our flight was cancelled and we ended up arriving 12 hours late, they responded immediately when I alerted them to the change. They accommodated the new flight and arrival time without difficulty. The driver was easy to locate when exiting baggage claim.

Highly recommend this. An extremely easy and seamless option to take after a long day of traveling. I was traveling with my family, and I think that the value of this was absolutely worth it to not have to figure out taxis or subway after getting them off the plane. I was not very impressed with the driver. From the hotel to the airport, the driver was not only using his phone as a navigation map but also watching korean drama while driving. We arrived on time with no accident, thank you for that but its a bad experience eapexially we left the hotel at 4:00AM.
