Soon was an excellent guide. He made the whole day fun and went at our pace whilst making sure we still did everything we had on our list.

Arriving into Incheon mean Seoul is 1.5-2 hours drive away but Moon picked us up as soon as we docked, met us with a smile and had us in Seoul in no time.
We packed the day with sights and sounds of Seoul - covered all the hotspots; even had time for traditional tea and a bit of K Pop shopping.
Moon delivered us safely back to ship around 5PM. Would thoroughly recommend this tour for cruise ship passengers - best way to see the city in a single day!

This private two day trip with Soo was perfect. On planning our tour, I corresponded with Hun, the owner of the company. I told him what we wanted to see, and when Soo arrived at the cruise terminal to pick us up, he had a plan for the two days. We were busy, but not rushed. We saw everything we wanted to see, and still made it back to the ship in a timely manner for our evening obligations. Soo is a bright, pleasant, knowledgeable, funny young man. He made sure we were comfortable and safe at all times. Thanks Soo, for a great visit.

We booked an all-day tour of Seoul through Viator prior to joining a tour group arriving later that day. Our guide, Soo, was a breath of fresh air, so engaging, accommodating, and knowledgeable! Because he customized our tour according to sites not covered on our other tour itinerary, we were able to further experience the sights and culture of Korea. His connections and ability to find close parking to sights was time-saving and convenient. The restaurant he took us to lunch was excellent. Soo treated us to delicious tea after lunch (which we returned to later on our own since we enjoyed it so much). He took us to a hanbok shop so we could dress up as Korean royalty for photos which I had requested because our later tour did not include this. He also took us to a food stall that could make a take out order (which is not normal) so that we could take dinner back to the hotel. At the end of the day, we felt so blessed to have had such a great day with Soo! It was one of the best day tours we have been on and we highly recommend Soo and his company!

Hun is the best tour guide!!! We had so much fun traveling around Seoul with Hun for our few hours that we had as a layover. He shared amazing facts about his country, showed us some of highlights and introduced us to some fantastic food in the market. Highly recommend!!!

Great tour and great tour guide calles Soo! Good communication before the tour. You can adjust the tour to your own preferences. Big and comfortable car. Soo was great, very informative, friendly and accomodating. We had a fantastic experience with him. Korean lunch that he proposed was great too. Overall a fantastic experience for our first visit to Seoul.

Soo is an amazing tour guide. He listen to all our requests and fit them into our plan/schedule. If there is a restaurant that we want to try that not in the original plan, he will help to make a reservation to make sure we can try it out. Take us to hidden spots for amazing pictures. He is well known in the market so a lot of vendors know him and give us free sample. He even gave us souvenirs with a warm message before we leave for the airport. Such a fun memories we had with Soo in Seoul. In the future if we visit Korea again, definitely will book Soo for another tour.

This was the perfect layover tour! From pickup and drop off back at the airport to what we saw, Moon was so knowledgable and willing to tailor the tour to my needs and wants. Taylor Woo turned what could have been a stressful, unexpected layover in Seoul into one of the highlights of our entire trip.
We booked the tour last-minute after a canceled flight left us with a full day in the city, and Taylor handled everything seamlessly from the start. He picked us up promptly and made sure we were comfortably returned to the airport with perfect timing—something we especially appreciated given the uncertainty of travel disruptions.
What truly set Taylor apart was his depth of knowledge. His understanding of Korean history brought every site to life, and he expertly timed our visit to catch the changing of the guards—something we easily could have missed on our own. Throughout the day, he guided us through Seoul’s most important historic landmarks and also took us to a vibrant food market, where we experienced the city in a way that felt authentic rather than touristy.
Beyond the sights, Taylor offered something far more valuable: a genuine, personal perspective on what it’s like to live in Seoul. That insight is incredibly hard to come by as a visitor and made the experience feel much more meaningful and memorable.
He was warm, flexible, and incredibly attentive—happily answering all of our questions and even making extra stops (including a much-needed coffee break) without hesitation. The entire day felt tailored to us, despite the last-minute nature of the booking.

Our guide, Soo, was amazing! He was attentive, thoughtful, and accommodating to our need to move a little slower. We saw so much in one day (much more than we could have on our own in a foreign country) and Soo shared background information, history, and a local perspective we truly appreciated. I'm in my fifties and brought along two teenagers and we all loved the whole day. Soo was flexible and accommodating when we asked to make an out-of-the-way stop. It was all easy and well worth the cost. I would highly recommend this tour.

We had a long layover at the Seoul airport and decided to take a day tour of the city.
Our guide, Soo, showed up right on time (7:00 AM) and even provided us with hand warmers, as it was a bit cold outside.
Soo gave us a great tour and shared interesting information about the history and culture of South Korea.
He adapted the itinerary to our interests, for example we asked to skip the stop for lunch and instead visit some additional sights. Soo was very accommodating and we enjoyed the places he took us to instead of stopping to eat. My favorite stop on the tour was at a large market with a wide assortment of shops and vendors. Soo knows many of the vendors and people who work there. We saw a broad cross-section of shops, and he gave us several opportunities to sample different food and snacks. We had a couple of specific interests we wanted to see, and he ensured they were included in our stop at the market.
We found Soo to be very engaging and friendly. He did a great job of checking in with us regularly to ensure we were spending our time in the way we preferred.
We were very happy with our tour and Soo. If anyone has a long layover, I recommend taking this tour rather than just sitting at the airport.

I had a great experience touring Seoul for the day with Hun. He is an amazing guide and made my short 8 hour adventure out of the airport great. He went out of the way to help me find vegetarian options to eat as well. I highly recommend him as a tour guide if you want to venture out of the airport to pass time during your layover.

Soo with Awesome Tours picked us up for a layover tour at Incheon very early in the morning and returned us promptly a few hours before our evening flight. Soo brought with him a comfortable van, extra jackets for those who were unprepared for the cold weather, and his deep knowledge of Seoul. My group of friends and I absolutely loved our time with Soo. He catered the itinerary to us, showing off some of Seoul's hidden gems. He knew shop and gallery owners, secret views, and the best food stalls everywhere we went, making our experience extra special. (Our Korean BBQ lunch was a meal we'll never forget. ) We appreciated Soo's cultural insights, historical facts, and great sense of humor. We highly recommend this tour company—and Soo—for a layover or day tour!

I had such an incredible private layover tour in Korea with my mom — it truly turned our long airport wait into a beautiful and meaningful experience.
Even with limited time, we were able to visit a stunning palace, a peaceful Buddhist temple, explore a vibrant local market, enjoy the breathtaking views from N Seoul Tower, and walk through the charming streets of Bukchon Hanok Village. It was the perfect mix of history, culture, and modern city life. Experiencing it all with my mom made it even more special.
Our tour guide was amazing. He was incredibly accommodating, respectful, funny, knowledgeable, and easygoing. Since it was just the two of us, the tour felt very personal and comfortable. He made sure we were never rushed, answered all our questions patiently, and adjusted the pace to what worked best for us. His sense of humor and warm personality made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Sophia was a wonderful guide that made sure we learned about the history of the areas we were going to and ensured our comfort each step of the way. This made the layover tour very fun despite a tight schedule. Jun was very responsive to messages in pre-planning. It would be great to know in advance when purchasing the experience also that Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesday's. Great experience otherwise.

We had a short layover and were able to get out of the airport and visit Seoul with Hun! We saw temples, the Grand Palace, a market, the Starfield Library, and more, all groom the comfort of a nice, warm van. Since we had a short day, Hun picked us up early to maximize our time. I would recommend to others looking to fill a layover or longer.

The tour was so great with SOO as our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Korea and the places we went to. He provided us with hot warmer that help us with the cold weather. We enjoy chatting with him as he was very warm and sincere. Now we know the history of Korea inside and out because of SOO. We had a short stopover in Seoul on our way back home from Australia and decided to do a guided full day tour. We had the best guide ever! (Soo). He picked us up from our hotel at Incheon and was well prepared. It was a very cold day, but he had jackets if we needed (being from Norway…we had warm clothes), heat pads, water and bisquits. Soon speaked very good english, and had a soft and nice personality. He gave us just the right amount of history and info about the places we visited. We had a lovely day with lots of experienses, and Soo found a great restaurant for lunch - with Korean beef barbeque as we wanted.
All in all - a great day.
After the tour Soo drove us to the airport - for our flight. (We saved a lot of time because we had a big van - and brought the suitcases with us all day.)

We had our New Year’s Day tour with Soo. He got up early and met us at the airport for our 15 hour layover. We came from Vietnam so our attire was not appropriate for 20 degrees. He provided jackets and warming pads for us! He went above and beyond to procure more jackets for our family. Our family was on 4 hours of sleep and he was so accommodating on how adventurist our moods were from lack of sleep and the cold. We got to see most of the main attraction that Seoul has offer. Car was clean and he managed our time perfectly getting us back with plenty of time before our long flight back home!!!
