What are people saying about Puerto Rico

Mikey was a great guide!
Mikey was a great guide! He was friendly, fun and stopped along the way giving us fun Mikey facts. He made sure the group was together, helping at each step. For a first-time visitor it was nice to have a guide, but if you’re intuitive and do some research I don’t know that you actually need one. It’s one path in and out, and you could follow the crowds. The operator needs to describe the meeting point in more detail. You’re giving an address and time, that’s it. No contact info for the guide. We didn’t get going until 20 minutes after our start time, a bit frustrating. Even more frustrating is that they didn’t answer messages or calls.

Great experience with Carlos
This was so much fun! We left our rental at 630am to get started and didn’t encounter crowds on the trail until we were preparing to leave. Carlos was an excellent friendly guide and gave us other suggestions for restaurants to try and other places to see during our visit. The trail experience was fun and Carlos guided us carefully through some of the trickier parts where knowing where to place your feet to climb was important.

Solo traveler Cave & Tubing Review
This was truly the best excursion during my whole PR trip! The uber ride from San Juan was about 25 minutes costed about $26 each way . The Tour guides are the absolute best . They were all so nice and welcoming and I left feeling like our group was truly one big family ! This is a hiking nature experience so we were truly hiking through the woods . The views from this were way better than expected it made me realize how beautiful PR truly is ! The walk back up at the end was the only exhausting part so beware of that there was a older lady that had to keep taking breaks from it but the tour guides are patient so that’s nice

Wonderful guides and a fantastic tour
Richard and Alex were amazing tour guides with a wealth of knowledge, extremely family oriented and friendly and took great care with children and seniors. They were very willing to go the extra mile, ensure our comfort and guide us in the safest and most fun manner, while also holding hands of a senior to ensure they were stable and safe during the hike as needed. FYI...the hike / route taken can become hard for seniors, especially those that usually require slightly flatter surfaces to walk on. Stepping over deep tree roots, slippery rocks/paths down to the water can be hard for senior not used to such adventure.
