We had an amazing experience with this tour group! The guides were knowledgeable, accommodating, and a lot of fun, which made the whole adventure even better. Both of our kids (ages 8 and 16) had an unforgettable time.
A few helpful tips for future visitors:
-Physical ability: Be prepared for a bit of a challenge. The terrain is uneven, with rocky climbs and extra large tree roots to navigate. It will require a decent amount of flexibility and stability to scale to the top of the waterslide.
-Footwear matters: Hiking sandals worked perfectly for us. We noticed a few people losing sneakers and water shoes when they jumped in. However, we didn’t have many issues.
-Driving: If you choose to drive yourself, be aware that the roads leading to the hike area are narrow and winding.
Overall, it was a fantastic adventure for the whole family and will be a memorable moment for our family—we highly recommend it!

This excursion was phenomenal! Because our group was so small and left early in the morning, we missed the large crowds that came flooding in at the end of our trip. Our tour guide Ricky was simply amazing; he was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the rainforest and our safety was our top priority to him. The natural water slide and rope swing were a blast and Ricky provided us delicious fresh fruit at the end of our tour, which was incredibly refreshing. What I really appreciated was the level of communication the night before and morning of our excursion - Ricky and Jean contacted us via text and provided everything single detail we needed to be prepared and meet up for our trip - they made it SO EASY as we weren’t very familiar with the area. This trip was a birthday present for my daughter; we will never forget it. Oh, and don’t worry about bringing a camera - Ricky took FANTASTIC pictures and videos of us along the way. Ricky, you are the best! We’ll definitely come back.

Best part of our whole trip!!!!! Enrique was an absolute gem of a human. He communicated amazingly. Was very knowledgeable. My kids loved him and felt totally safe with him. We would 100% book another trip with him. Loved the early meet up and small group. It made the day so amazing. The fresh local fruit at the end was an amazing treat also.

We had Jean and Enrique , awesome people very welcoming and ensured the safety of everyone. They did not rush the tour at all with ample time to enjoy the water and natural beauty. 10/10 will directly look for any tours given by them for the future. This opinion is coming from someone from the island , their English is also perfect with no miscommunication.

This a great tour of El Yunque! Half day with a small group allows you to engage and take in all the tour has to offer. Our tour guides Enrique and Jean were pleasant, engaging and humorous! Definitely recommend!

Adri and Daniel were awesome Tour guides, I loved them. They explained what we would be doing and guided us along the way. When I or my young daughter needed help with climbing, they were right there!
Please note: This tour is NOT for you if walking, or climbing is too much but if you can handle go experience, I loved it and it wasn't too long. This was my 2nd time in El Yunque and I loved that I was in a completely different area than when I visited my first time.

Experience was super fun! I’m a non-swimmer but I got to step outside of my comfort zone to do waterslide and rope swing for the first time. The only issue is the communication… when I booked the trip I had to try multiple times to contact the details regarding pickup. The tour guide was amazing though! But we needed to wait for 30+ minutes after lunch break to be driven back to the city. Small hiccups. But overall fun!

You will be wet for most of the day; the trek into the falls is beautiful and persons should be in decent shape; it requires a lot of rock scrambling and walking on muddy ground. Our guide Jean was friendly and helpful. He was able to give our small group much more attention. Our car had an issue going to the waterfalls and he helped get us back up and moving, which was unfortunate especially that we stated a bit late. The experience was amazing, Jean was fantastic and our small group “rocked”!

Our guide Carlos was fantastic! Great knowledge of the flora and fauna and made everyone feel safe and comfortable. Great must visit site… but go on earliest available time to avoid the huge mid day crowds.

We had a great time on this adventure! Jean and Enrique were great hosts and showed us all how to have a great time. Some of the climbing/trails were a little difficult, but they helped those of us who struggled. We would definitely recommend this for families with teenagers who are looking for a little adventure while on the island!

It was amazing from start to finish. Paul is very kind and knowledgeable. He was so patient with everyone in our group. Even those that were not confident in their abilities to make the whole hike. It was so nice to be in a small group. Definitely recommend and recommend Paul as your guide.

Jean was extremely friendly and helpful in guiding us on our first trip to the El Yunque Rainforest. He made us feel comfortable and made the entire experience tons of fun! He makes you feel like you’re in great hands and keeps the conversation going to learn more about you and tell you some fun facts! My favorite part is he sends you tons of photos and videos and to me that is priceless! As a mom, it’s hard getting pictures with you in it! :) El Yunque is gorgeous too, we will be back!

This was a wonderful, exciting tour. Jean was an amazing tour guide. He made sure we were safe and that we had fun! It was a small tour of 6. He picked us up at a fruit stand/restaurant in a very clean van. He provided life jackets that looked like new. At the end of our experience, Jean cut up fresh fruits for us to enjoy in the rainforest. It was a fantastic day!!!

There is not one thing that made this the best tour. It was amazing!!! Our guide Jean was knowledgeable, friendly and kind! The hike was challenging but not difficult. You must experience this tour....you will have memories for a lifetime!!!
