We had the best time! Our guide, Gian was funny, attentive and provided us with everything we needed to explore. He is also very helpful throughout the hike and informed us of this to look out for along with the history of the rainforest. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting PR. You don’t want to miss the views and adventures.

My wife and I had a truly wonderful trek in El Yunque with Gillian (G)! She shared her knowledge of the rainforest’s ecology in such a warm and engaging way, which made the experience even more special. She was supportive, thoughtful, and made every part of the adventure feel easy and enjoyable. We’re so grateful for the experience - highly recommend her!

Gian was amazing! He’s the tour guide all the other tours are watching. So fun, took us to places less crowded, shared lots of information about the rainforest, history and plants! THIS is the best tour of the rainforest ever, and I can’t over state how under priced this experience was!!

This was not a simple hike. You will be walking through water up to your knees, slipping on rocks, climbing over thick tree roots and larger rocks. I enjoy hikes like this but was not prepared for the spring break crowd making you have to wait in lines. Our tour guide was great but I just wish she didn’t blast music during it. Most of us visiting the rainforest will never get to see it again. I want to hear natural sounds. Leave the music that we can hear anywhere and anytime off. I had so many tours where tour guides felt like they had to entertain us the whole time. Quiet times are more than welcome!

Horrible costumer service, meet up was supposed to be at 2:00pm i received an email at 2:15 saying the excursion was cancelled fo the day after j had already driven across the island for it and it was sunny, i havent been offered a refund just a reschedule but that was my last day in puerto rico, no one has reached out to me and when i try to call no one answers, im very disappointed and it was not the best ending to a beautiful vacation

We did send an email through the Viator system as soon as we were informed that the river was flooded. Unfortunately, this situation was beyond our control and was due to safety concerns.
If you received the notification late, it may have been due to the platform’s delivery timing, which we do not control. Additionally, given the high volume of affected customers at that time, it was not possible to contact everyone individually by phone.

We toured with Happy and had an amazing time! The hike wasn’t too long, and our guide was knowledgeable about the history and plants on the trails. We used our own transportation and it was a great country side drive to and from the trail. Make sure to bring sturdy shoes with good traction! Worth everything we paid for!

We had such a good time and although we only made it through half of our hike due to rain we were extremely thankful to have a guide who was really in tune with nature and knew when to leave before things got dangerous.

We had an excellent time exploring the jungle with our tour guide, Happy. The hike was beautiful, the water slides were exhilarating, and the cliff jumps were fun. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

What an awesome experience! This was my second time going but definitely the best one, Gian guided us through the yunque . He taught us about the plants and trees. Then we went down 2 water slides and jumped in. Wow . Book your tour with Gian!!

Adynn was our host and did a great job. She told us a lot of interesting facts about the rainforest. The tour was challenging but definitely worth it. The waterfall slide was a once in a lifetime experience. Would definitely recommend!

I went on a natural water slide tour in El Yunque Puerto Rico and it was such a fun experience. Our guide Louis was amazing from start to finish. He was funny, full of energy, and made the whole excursion even better.
He made sure we felt safe, comfortable, and included the entire time.
Sliding through the natural waterfalls was unforgettable, and having a great guide made it even more special. I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The El Yunque tour was absolutely beautiful — the rainforest views were breathtaking.
A huge shoutout to our tour guide, Happy! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He shared so much interesting information about the rainforest, kept the energy up the entire time, and made sure everyone felt safe and included. You can really tell he loves what he does.
Also I actually can’t swim, but I still felt comfortable doing the natural water slide because the guides were waiting at the bottom and made sure I was safe the whole time — which meant a lot and made the experience even more memorable.

What an unforgettable day! Our guide Happy was experienced and made sure we were safe while still having the time of our lives. We explored parts of El Yunque that felt completely untouched.
The natural water slides were so fun, and the rope swing was a highlight. Everything was smooth and organized. If you want to make your trip to Puerto Rico magical, book this tour!
