See the city lights of Puerto Rico on this night kayak excursion on the Condado Lagoon. You’ll be in a top-notch kayaks equipped with navigation lights, which you’ll turn on when the sun goes down. You can also paint your face and body with glow in the dark paint, so you’ll light up when the sun goes down, too. Have a blast seeing Puerto Rico in a whole new way.
- Receive a safety briefing before you start out
- The sunset tour begins at 6pm, and it will gradually get dark around 7pm
- Choose to go earlier on an afternoon trip if you like
- Store your gear in a complimentary locker while you paddle and glow

Enjoy a unique kayaking experience, and see a different side of San Juan, with this guided LED night kayaking tour. With a small group, you’ll enjoy a more intimate experience and more attention from your guide.
Choose from different nighttime departures to fit your schedule, then make your way to the convenient departure point. Arrive early to paint and decorate yourself with the provided glow paint and glow sticks, learn about kayaking basics, and store your belongings in the complimentary lockers.
Don your life jack, board your clear-bottom and LED-equipped tandem kayaks, and follow your urban explorer guide around Condado Lagoon. Soak up the scenery, learn about San Juan and Puerto Rico, and keep your eyes open for wildlife during the 1-hour tour.

- Children must be able to sit up on there own in a seat (minimum passenger age is 3)
- Complimentary storage available, at your own risk. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items.
- Weight limit for two guests is 400lbs and for one guest is 275lbs
- Kayaks hold 2 people.
- Please note that this experience is not the popular tourist attraction, Bioluminescent Bay.
- Must be able to step in and out of kayak. The step down is 2 feet off of dock as you enter/exit the water. Guides available to assist.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 18 travelers

We had a fun experience with our family and appreciated the effort of the staff, even though we knew it might rain. The night kayaking was beautiful, even if it was more like a sunset with clouds hiding the sun. While we always keep a positive attitude and make the best of it, we do wish they could have offered another night without the chance of rain to fully enjoy the experience.

Our tour guides Cheli & Mariellie were warm and welcoming to our early morning (8am Crystal Kayaking Excursion). Mariellen helped us get into & out of our kayaks and Cheli did most of the narrating. Cheli’s a very intelligent and informative guide, she took time to explain the environmental advantages of these protected bays for the manatees (which we had the fortunate opportunity to see) & the invasive iguanas taking over PR. We also saw special jelly fish too. Overall a fun time, wish we got to do the night kayaking, but that just leaves us another reason to return soon. At the end of the tour, we were airdropped photos (free) along with a list of recommended restaurants 😋 which we did use 👍🏻

Amazing. Took my grand daughter it was mines and her bday weekend and let me tell you I never did this so yes it was my first time and the staff that was there was amazing. Perfect place to visit especially and glow night.

It’s a quick little paddle in a lagoon. Like 45 minutes quick. It’s cool but if you’re looking for kayak experiences like most when you travel. This is much quicker. Left after sunset.

From your 3 boston girls and VIP Charlee: We absolutely loved this experience and the conversations we had. Even though we didn't see any manatees we did save a few fish and saw some in the water. We absolutely loved the photos you took and loved how relaxing this experience was. Cracked a few jokes in the short amount of time and we definitely will be recommending this experience for others to try. Next time we come, we'll definitely do this experience again and hope that we see the manatees.

This was not hard kayaking, it was very chill, just tooling around the lagoon. I'd never kayaked before and I am an older overweight woman, and JC got me in and out of the kayak easily. Adla was a great leader too. Both of them were very nice and the views were fantastic. Very fun, and I love my photos. Thank you!!
