it was amazing!! easy booking, plenty of information before hand and during! it wasn't supposed to rain during our experience, but just as we got on it poured on us from start to finish.. but it made the experience an absolute 12/10 for us. our guide and group were incredible as well. would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat!

We had such an amazing experience UTV riding! Our guide was so friendly, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. We actually got dropped off at the wrong entrance of the mall, and he went out of his way to come find us and pick us up. ❤️ He let us take our time on the trails and really enjoy the experience without making us feel rushed. We even stopped at a local place to eat along the road in Piñones, and he helped us communicate with the employees since we didn’t speak much Spanish. After the ride, he went above and beyond again. Instead of making us go all the way back to the mall to call an Uber, he allowed us to drive the UTVs back toward our hotel in Condado. That was honestly so thoughtful and made the experience even better! Our guide was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. If we come back to Puerto Rico, we will 100% do this again! We had an amazing ATV tour with Jezed! He was a fantastic tour guide and did a great job explaining how to operate the ATVs and clearly outlining what we could expect throughout the day. Jezed kept an eye on our entire family throughout the tour and made sure everyone was doing well. When one of our ATVs stalled, he was there within minutes to help us get going and catch back up with the group. He was attentive, personable, and made the experience feel safe and enjoyable. The quick break for drinks and a chance to walk around and see some of the animals they care for was a nice touch. If you’re doing the ATV tour, definitely bring good eyewear or sunglasses and a gaiter because it can get pretty dusty while riding. They have them available there, but we brought our own. They offer other activity options as well, but the ATVs were perfect for our family. The directions and information we received by email from the tour operator were very clear. One tip: make sure you complete your paperwork before you arrive. We saw some people who hadn’t completed theirs and had to take care of it during check-in. Overall, a great experience, and Jezed was a big part of what made the tour so enjoyable. Highly recommend!
