My family and I had a fabulous time with Louis hiking through the rainforest, rock jumping, and sliding down the waterfalls! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the forest and the species of plants and animals. Would highly recommend this tour to everyone, but be prepared to truly hike and climb. Louis was great with helping us through the trails and the views & different rivers we waded through were so fun!! Be prepared to get muddy and have a blaat!

Amazing experience. Be ready to push yourself past your comfort zone and be rewarded for doing so! Our tour guide Adynn was so knowledgeable. You can tell she really loves what she does. 10 out of 10 experience!

We had Fabian as our tour guide, and we had such a great time! He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience really fun. I would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend Fabian as a tour guide!

Our tour guide Gillian was amazing!!! She guided us every step of the way and encouraged us to challenge ourselves. My 2 teenage kids enjoyed the waterside, cliff jumping and swing. The hike is super cool, navigating over rocks and tree roots with a picturesque background. If you are in the area I highly recommend doing this tour!!

We drove to the excursion ourselves, and that alone was an experience. The hike was beautiful and challenging, but not so much we felt that we were in danger. Fabian was patient and kind. My girls, 11 and 15, had the time of their lives jumping off the cliffs and rope swing. Best day of our trip so far.
Very strenuous, and dangerous when wet , once you get past the first part, there is another 1 that is really high up

Happy was an amazing tour guide! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made our trip to El Yunque so much fun. Most importantly, he made us feel safe throughout the entire tour while still making it exciting and enjoyable. His positive energy and professionalism made the experience unforgettable. Had an awesome experience on the hike, waterfall slides and swing. Adynn, our guide, was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!
I recommend either hiking shoes or water shoes for this tour. I wore water shoes and that worked fine. It was a 30min hike up the mountain to reach a point where we came down 2 natural water slides, an area where we could jump into the natural springs - with a choice of high, medium or lower points to the comfort level of the person. We were also able to use a swing to cannonball into the water. That was followed up by another hike down the remainder of the mountain. It was a great experience and highly recommended. Our tour guide Gian was amazing and was very patient with our group! Gracias mil por la experiencia Gian 👍🏽

This tour is great. It's challenging, but doable. Adynn was a terrific guide...very knowledgeable and personable. It's a "must-do" when visiting Puerto Rico!
You definitely need to be in decent shape. Scrambling over rocks and steep steps.

Tour was cancelled organization very unresponsive requested refund beware of the 2pm time slot seems like they favor the 10:30am we did not want to rush around in the morning with our kids so we booked 2pm but I don't think they should offer it
We drove to meeting point and met with our guide Happy, who was in contact with us via text. We then followed him to the El Yunque parking lot. It was a bumpy ride and the roads need some love. Beware of the chickens, cats, and dogs running about. After issuing our life jackets, in case you fall in, we started the hike. Lots of mud. Use the roots and rocks for traction. Good pair of water shoes goes a long way. Rain in the morning brought flash floods by the time we reached the water slide. Had to skip it, but we did the cliff jump and rope swing. The information our guide Happy shared on the habitat was very interesting. I appreciated Happy’s focus on safety and preserving the natural environment.
We had an awesome time exploring El Yunque—definitely one of the highlights of our Puerto Rico trip. The jungle experience, especially the natural water slide and cliff jumping, was incredible and something we’ll remember for a long time.
Gian, our guide, really made the difference. He was knowledgeable, fun, and kept the energy up the whole time while making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does.
The only downside was the long lines at the 10:00 AM spot—it got pretty crowded and slowed things down a bit. That said, once we got past that, everything else was well worth it.
Overall, great experience and even better guide. We’d absolutely recommend it—just maybe try for an earlier or less crowded time if you can.

We enjoyed the tour of El Yunque with our guide Adynn. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The hike was short, and somewhat strenuous. This was perfect for us, but it may not be for everyone. The rock slide and cliff jumps were a lot of fun and Adynn made sure everyone had the information to participate safely. The swimming holes were pretty crowded with other tours, but otherwise it was a beautiful tour through the rainforest.
Great experience!! We all had a great time! Our guide was fantastic! We would do it again!!!! This experience Exceeded our expectations!! We will be back

Very fun experience! The self-drive option is great! No waste time on the road or waiting. We gather at morning and took 20min driving to the entrance following our guide who led the way with his motorcycle. Then we walked ~30min to the first location, 10 more min to another. Spent ~1-2h there in total and walk back. The trip is DOES NOT take 4-7 hours as described in many other trip options. The guide was very patient to talk with us about local vegetations and experience. Worth it!

This tour was perfect for us. Our tour guide, Happy, was great! He shared insides about the plants and rain forest in general.
Both, kids and adults had a ton of fun at the water holes, with the slides and rope jumps.
I definitely give this tour and our tour guide, Happy, five stars! We had a great time hiking through the rain forest - crossing rivers, cliff jumping and going down the natural water slide. It was a bit challenging but definitely worth it! Happy was a knowledgeable and fun guide.
It was an great experience. It was raining and it still was fun. We learned alot about the Rain Forest and jumped off a cliff!!! The hike was a bit rocky so wear hiking shoes of possible. Our tour guide Adynn was informative and kind. I would definitely recommend to any thrill seekers and nature enthusiasts.
A greatttt experience! Our guide Louis was amazing, helping us all the way through, educating us, and making sure to capture photos and videos for all of us along the way.
It was canceled due to weather. Was looking forward to the tour. Can't change the weather. Maybe next time
