We had an awesome time with Louis as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and taught us about the local flora and was very helpful as we climbed the rocks to get to the water slides and cliffs. We definitely were grateful for his strength helping us get up the rocks, and he took lots of photos and videos. He let us know exactly what to expect the whole time. The rope swing is extra fun. It is a beautiful rain forest and was a lot of fun for the whole group. We highly recommend it!!

It was such an amazing experience! Gillian was our tour guide and not only was she super cool and fun to be around, she was extremely knowledgeable and made our time on this hike very memorable.
We had such an amazing experience on our rainforest tour in Puerto Rico! Adynn was an incredible tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and so much fun! She made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe while still keeping the tour exciting and memorable.
Her energy and personality made the experience even better, and you could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. She was very informative, answered our questions, and made the entire experience feel fun and effortless.
This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Rico. If you’re considering a rainforest tour, I highly recommend Adynn! She was absolutely amazing. 10/10 experience! 🌿🇵🇷❤️
Steve was an amazing tour guide! He was very nice , happy ( nick name suits hom well ) and he was very accommodating, i will 10000% recommend him ! He did great ! The experience was well worth it ! Very beautiful !
The tour was excellent and would recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the rainforest. The hike getting up to the waterfalls was a little slick (some scrambling over muddy rocks) but worth it for the view. The waterfall slides and rock jumps were a lot of fun. Definitely an excursion for those looking for a little more adventure than just a hike in the rainforest. Our tour guide Happy was exceptional!
This was honestly one of the best parts of our entire trip. I traveled with my partner for his birthday, and he LOVES hiking, while I’m definitely not the strongest hiker and was a little nervous going into it. But our tour guide, Gillian, was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative from the very beginning, even with coordinating our pickup.
She made me feel comfortable throughout the hike and taught us so much about El Yunque, the rainforest, and the nature around us. The water slide was SO much fun and definitely one of the highlights! She also took pictures of everyone throughout all the activities, which I really appreciated because we got to enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing everything ourselves.
Afterward, she took us to the kiosks, where there were tons of food and drink options right by a beautiful beach. The water was amazing and it was the perfect way to end the day.
Such an unforgettable experience and definitely a highlight of our Puerto Rico trip. Gillian was the BEST! 10/10 recommend! ❤️
The best experience ever!! Our guide was Gillian who was very insightful about everything in the rainforest. She taught us history as we were walking through and pointed out things for us to see. At the end of the excursion she even gave us recommendations of things to see, do, and eat. 10/10 would definitely book with Gillian again.
Make sure to wear water shoes and Great attitude. Gian was very informative, respectful and fun. He knows how to drive so don’t freak out on the road to the Yunque. Afterwards you get to eat at Luquillo which is beautiful., Great value, just book it. Expect some bruises on your legs lol , well worth it
Amazing tour!! Fabian was the coolest tour guide ever— he kept my boyfriend and I super entertained and the way this guy kept cracking jokes made the experience super memorable.
This was our favorite excursion for sure. 10000/10. If you don’t get Fabian as a tour guide, you’re straight outta luck

Came with my sister. Adynn was our tour guide so nice and knowledgeable. Gave us a little history about the yunque. Super fun waterslides, cliff jumps, and rope swing totally recommend. Such a cool experience!!! :)))
Happy was great! This was by far one of the most fun experiences we’ve had. My family absolutely loved it, and we will definitely plan to do it again!
The waterslide, jumping off the rope into the river, and especially jumping off the rocks into the river were by far the highlights. We had time to go to the beach, It was beautiful, and the local food vendors had some amazing food.
Such a fun experience from start to finish! We can’t wait to go back! 🌊☀️❤️

We really enjoyed our trip to El Yunque. The waterside is all natural and amazing. Was initially feeling scary but it’s actually quite fun, same for the cliff jump into the water in the end. Highly recommended. Gillian our guide is super nice and knowledgeable. She taught us a lot during during the tour also.
It’s a nice hike in the rainforest - very educational, and filled with adventure! I would have loved for our tour guide to be more formal in communicating the next steps or sharing with us the plan moving forward, but overall it was a great experience!

A super fun experience! The hike was maybe 30 minutes in and had some semi intense moments but was not too crazy. You will get super wet so definitely be aware of that. They said not to wear crocs but I did no problem but losing shoes seemed like it happens from time to time. Would definitely recommend this one if you want more adventure and bigger slides and jumps. My friend did a different one and it was a lot smaller and seemed less intense overall. Also, Happy was our guide and he was super cool! Super funny, knowledgeable, and down to earth.
Today we went to el yunque our tour guide gillian was amazing gave us valuable information about the rainforest while we hiked to the water slide will definitely recommend for any tourist to do this activity our group had so much fun 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tour guide never showed up at meeting point, dont waste your money, Viator is not helping to get the refund
Never showed up at meeting point, very unprofessional. We ended up going by ourselves and it was perfect.
It was horrible no communication from the operator that the trip was as cancelled and bad customer service
Dave (Driver) & Happy (Tour Guide) gave us all the good vibes for the trip. It was a good group of 14 ppl. And we all had a great time from start to finish. Fun times were had & I would recommend this excursion group to everyone 🤙🏾🇵🇷💞

This was an awesome adventure and Happy was the best tour guide. Make sure you pack some good water shoes to climb the rocks as this is an active experience. I would highly recommend it. Again ask for Happy, he’s the best.

Our tour guide Gian was an absolute beast. He showed us around the forest pointing out some really cool plants and telling us the history of the environment. Then he took us to the cliff jump/slide where he took videos of everyone going down. Then he also taught us how to do a backflip while doing a rope swing into the water. He gave us plenty of time just to enjoy the river and the environment. The area itself was gorgeous and Gian was able to leap from rock to rock to get the best angles for pictures.
On our way back he stopped at a local vendor and gave us all fruit that he bought. After that he took us to the best seafood restaurant during our stay on the island. Beautiful location as well with iguanas running around. I got what I paid for and more, I cannot recommend this tour enough it was a highlight of my time in PR.

Our El Yunque National Forest tour was an amazing experience. Our tour guide, Adynn, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire tour. She took the time to explain the different plants and flowers we encountered and taught us about Puerto Rican history and the significance of the rainforest. It made the tour feel both fun and educational, and we learned a lot while getting to experience the beauty of El Yunque. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially with Adynn as your guide!
