Go! It’s Amazing.

Hazael was an amazing guide. He was always sure to make sure we stepped safely and didn’t slip or slide. The caves, the river, the jungle was spectacular. There were a total of 6 including Hazael so it was truly a perfect way to spend a day in Puerto Rico.

Hands down the best El Yunque tour and tour guide!

This was an absolutely wonderful excursion! Our tour guide Jules was one of the best tour guides I've encountered on any tour I've been on. He was knowledgeable, energetic, engaging and just an all around great guy who loves what he does. There are many tours in the same area, this one was by far the best, Jules communicated with us very thoroughly the day before our tour and decided on an early start to beat the crowds, and he was right. We had almost the whole area to ourselves until we were finishing up, then the crowds arrived. We were back at our hotel early enough to still enjoy other activities and we had a full experince at El Yunque as well! He only does small groups of 15 people so that it is safe, intimate and personable, he did a great job of getting the whole group to get to know each other and interact as well as encourage everyone to get the full experience and step out of our comfort zones and do all the activities. He arrived perfectly on time for pick up in the morning and the van was comfortable and clean. Was definatley one of the high points of our trip! This tour was the best one out there at El Yunque, a perfect experince all around!

Great experience

Our experience was great. Israel was very helpful and nice to everyone. He showed us about PR culture, about the trees, animals. He treated us all very kindly and even helped us get the full experience by accompanying us to jump with him. I would definitely book again.

Absolutely loved everything about this experience. Our tour guides Luis and Manuel were so informative and helpful. They went out of their way to help us when needed and never once rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable since we were a little older than the rest of the group. They took us to the most beautiful breathtaking spots in El Yunque that we will never forget. Highly recommended this experience

So much fun!!

It took me a little while to finally get around to writing a review so I apologize, but Orlando and Jhon were amazing! This was our favorite activity we did while in PR. Growing up my family came to PR in the summers pretty regularly because my father is from here. We always did a day trip to el yunque but this was my first time ever seeing this part of the rainforest. It was so much fun but most importantly Orlando and Jhon made me feel safe the entire time. I would never try something like this without a guide and I’m generally a worrier but they did a great job making me feel safe to participate in all the slides and the cliff jump. This was a highlight of our trip and I’m sure we’ll be back again next visit to PR!

Excellent Customer Service!

Awesome and fun experience for all ages! I brought my 7 year old daughter and we had a great time! I also want to mention that the customer service was truly amazing. While on my trip my daughter fell ill the day we were supposed to go kayaking and I reached out just two hours before to ask if I could please reschedule. They immediately responded and allowed us to reschedule. I really appreciated that! Great experience overall. Absolutely recommend!

Fun & Safe, Life-Changing Adventure!

Jaison is an INCREDIBLE guide! He was a very good driver, played fun music during the drive (the bus was clean and spacious), and gave us frequent stops during the tour to rest and learn about the nature, culture, and history surrounding us. He is hilarious, so friendly, and made us feel so safe. He showed us exactly where to put our hand or foot on more difficult terrain, and explained exactly where and how to jump from rocks and on the rope swing. As a tourist, I would not be as adventurous in El Yunque without the expert guidance provided in this tour. While narrating the tour and ensuring we were all safe, he took numerous photos and videos that he shared with all of us at the lunch that followed. By the way, EAT AT THE KIOSK HE RECOMMENDS! THE FOOD WAS LIFE CHANGING!!!! Jaison also provided us with several wonderful recommendations for places to stop on our road trip to the west coast that we would embark on the next day. Don't forget to tip generously with cash at the end of the tour- the tour guides in this company more than deserve it! Also- I got cheap water shoes from Amazon and they held up great; water shoes are a must for this tour. This is a great tour for able bodied, adventurous people who also love to learn!

Cave tubing is a MUST DO! The tour guides are absolutely positively phenomenal from stopping to pick apples off of a tree and carve them for everyone to teaching us the historical items to ensuring we had the absolute best time. They do provide pictures for you so don’t feel pressured to take your phone. Water shoes or tennis shoes are a must just make sure you’re wearing something that you don’t mind to get dirty. There will be mud lots of mud involved. Just embrace it. You will get to see phenomenal scenery, and even some cute little bats. By far, my absolute most favorite thing that I did during my trip.

Great tour with a very experienced guide!

Our guide Lewis was amazing! He was really engaging with the kids and made them leaf hats. He was also very knowledgeable about the rainforest and even know a lot of the backstory of the few residents of the rainforest. I would highly recommend this tour. We did this as a cruise excursion and they got us back to the port with enough time to explore Old Town on foot for a few hours.
