Luis was our very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. He shared lots of interesting information about the rainforest with us- no mosquitoes in El Yunque! Albeni our driver was also great! Highly recommend this tour- leave the driving to someone else and sit back and enjoy!

Very great experience would highly recommend to anyone you can go dressed comfortable swimwear if you want to get in the water very relaxing in the water and just beautiful nature of the forest

El Yunque National Forest is a must see when visiting/traveling to San Juan Puerto Rico 🇵🇷! The sheer beauty that it has to offer is indescribable. The tour guide does a great job in providing the history/habitat of the forest and all its richness! You don't want to miss out on this experience! It is just ONE of the places that make the island, Puerto Rico so special!

Traveled with my son. Isaac was incredible. Friendly, engaging and knowledgable. The driver, I think his name was Fernando, also very friendly. The small group was great. Everyone was very friendly. We had a great time and loved experiencing el Yunque in the rain. A lot of fun! Lunch was delicious.

Pedro was an amazing tour guide! We loved his sense of humor yet humbleness. Juan lol was awesome he gave us candy haha We had such a wonderful experience All of us and wanted to always remember it so we asked for a picture. This was the highlight of our trip.

Juan and Pedro were wonderful! We learned a ton about Puerto Rico. They were kind and funny. We were a small group and Juan made each step through El Yunque easy. Will definitely go again!

It is beautiful! Trail not stroller friendly but definitely can bring the kids. Juan was amazing! We stayed near by so driving to the location spot of pick up was so easy.

Juan and Pedro were very thoughtful, considerate, and informative for our family of 12 during our tour. The restaurant in the park at the end of our tour offered a nice variety of menu items and they tasted great.

Our guide Lewis was amazing! He was really engaging with the kids and made them leaf hats. He was also very knowledgeable about the rainforest and even know a lot of the backstory of the few residents of the rainforest. I would highly recommend this tour. We did this as a cruise excursion and they got us back to the port with enough time to explore Old Town on foot for a few hours.

I’ve been on a few different tours like this where they take you to see something in nature and you go on a hike and you see a waterfall and this one was by far the worst one I’ve been on. I believe it is up to the tour guide and the company to take lead and make sure the experience is great for all. Letting one group of people make the entire tour run late. The entire time is just unacceptable. They should have a policy which this company did not. My expectation of what we would see based on the pictures was very different from real life I believe there could’ve been a much better description of what we were actually going to see and how long this would take this trip ended up taking over five hours and taking out much of our day when all we did was hike for maybe five minutes. Go on the water for 30 minutes. See a waterfall that was very less than satisfying that we could see from the road and grab a lunch. We could’ve definitely did this on our own or skipped it altogether safe to say I will not be recommending this or ever doing it again.

Our tour guide was rude and impatient. He complained about people staying back. And would yell “Come on” During lunch he threw away one of the tourists coffee. He said “ He did not want a dirty van” The lady was not going to leave the drink. He made the tour very uncomfortable. I think his name was Juan.

The rainforest hike was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The scenery was breathtaking, with lush greenery, beautiful wildlife, and peaceful trails that made the entire experience unforgettable.
What truly made the tour exceptional was our guides Juan and Pedro. Pedro was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the rainforest, sharing fascinating facts and making sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged throughout the journey. Their enthusiasm and expertise made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an amazing outdoor adventure!

Don't wear candles or shoes. Rocks are slippery but great to climb. The entire adventure was fascinating.

Our tour guide fell asleep the entire trip. He'd talk a little, fall asleep pop back up repeat the same phrase over and over. Even fell asleep at the rest stop sitting on the bench, slept all the way back to our hotel. The hike to the water in the rainforest was fine, but they take you to a "waterfall" to stop and it's a trickle of water down a boulder on the side of the road. Not even worth seeing. Sadly I wish we could get a refund. We could have done the hike ourselves to the rainforest.

Juan is a great guide. The tour started with a short hike on one of the trails that included a brief stop at a swimming area. The tour also included stops at an observation tower and a waterfall. The final stop was lunch. It was a nice excursion.

I loved this excursion. We were picked up right on time and had a nice small group. Juan was on point and showed us all the main attractions of the rainforest. He was awesome about taking pictures for us and showing us things along the way. At the end we stopped for lunch and it was amazing. We were back at our hotel by 12 so still had a whole day to go to the beach! It was the perfect way to see the rainforest!

No restaurant or clean facilities nearby. The tour guide took us down a trail to a swimming hole. Expected more.

The rain forest and scenery are beautiful. The driver was skilled and safe over some very narrow and twisty roads. The tour guide didn't seem very knowledgeable and fell asleep at times during the trip.
None of our group chose to swim in a very clear watering hole. There is no place to change clothes and riding in wet bathing suit for 2 hours wouldn't have been comfortable. The van was nice and there were 8 nice people on the trip. The day was beautiful and the scenery worth the trip.

This was an amazing tour, especially if you don't want to commit an entire day to seeing the rain forest. Juan and Pedro were just fabulous. So accommodating and fun. They made sure everyone on the tour was comfortable and enjoyed themselves.
