We took the macaron class with Julie, 10/10 experience. Very intimate group as it was 4 of us, plus the instructor. Loved the 1-on-1 and the detailed attention we all received. A very good recipe for macarons and was one of my mom’s and I’s favorite experiences on our trip!

Definitely a top experience during our trip to Paris! Our instructor was very knowledgeable and passionate. Having a bite of fresh pain au chocolat fresh from the oven that we made with our own hands using fresh and top-tier ingredients, is absolutely heaven.

Great class- we did every step of the croissant making process except for the waiting during proofing. Our instructor, Vivian was fantastic- knowledgeable, friendly, provided clear instructions/demonstrations and provided ndividual attention every step of the process.

You start the tour with several pastries and a latte. The baker we toured with was fun, informative and excited about baking. It was a backstage pass to learn the operation of bakeries in Paris, very interesting. We did not really make anything ourselves but rolled dough and got to take home a bag of goodies. It was very enjoyable.

Under the guidance of expert chefs, learn how to craft the flakiest croissant or master the art of the macaron while learning the history of the colorful pastry. Whether you go behind the scenes at a boulangerie, embrace your inner chocolatier, or spend the afternoon spinning crepes, you’ll likely walk away with the fruits of your labor. Most classes are taught in English and include non-alcoholic beverages, while cheese-making classes typically include wine.
