What are people saying about Paris

Super fun family activity
It was a wonderful tour of a bustling bakery, with many valuable hands on opportunities for everyone to make baguette, financiers, and to roll croissants. We left a bag full of delicious baked goods! Highly recommend. Also the baker who led our tour was so friendly and we learned a ton.

Phenomenal Macaron Class
We always try to book a cooking/baking class whenever we visit another country. This small-group macaron class was exceptional! Leslie guided us expertly through the process. Although some of the steps were done for us (for the sake of time and precision, I'm sure), it didn't diminish the experience at all. We had all the right tools, lots of options for colors and flavors, and a perfect amount of humor mixed in to make this a lot of fun. On top of everything, the finished product (about 30 macarons EACH!) was beautiful and delicious. In fact, I absolutely believe (not being hyperbolic!) that our macarons were superior to several we bought from local shops! The recipe they shared with us looks daunting (11 pages!), but includes all the fine details to attempt another batch on our own. This one is a MUST-DO on your list of Paris activities. There's no way you'll be disappointed.

One of my favorite experiences in Paris!
I was so excited to take this class and it did not disappoint. Our instructor was efficient and kind while being funny at the same time. The class is well organized and keeps moving despite all the steps needed to make a croissant. You also get to go home with eight pastries which is amazing. Highly recommend this class.

Easily one of the highlights of our Paris trip
My wife and I took the Paris Croissant and Breakfast Pastry Class with Gail and it was one of the highlights of our time in Paris. The class was very well organized and Gail is an excellent instructor. What we appreciated most was her insight into the small tips and techniques that can make the difference between an okay pastry and a great one. She explained the “why” behind each step clearly and shared practical advice that went beyond just following a recipe. Gail is patient, kind, and especially good at helping people who need a bit more support. She did this in a way that never singled anyone out... just quiet, encouraging guidance that made everyone feel comfortable and capable. The atmosphere stayed relaxed and enjoyable the whole time. Highly recommend this class if you want more than a tourist experience. You’ll leave with better skills, a great breakfast and a real sense of how French pastry is made. Thank you, Gail!

Most classes are taught in English and include non-alcoholic beverages, while cheese-making classes typically include wine.
