The macaron class was one of the highlights of our Paris trip! Nogo was a great instructor - the class was fun and interactive. We loved learning the detailed process of making macarons which were not only beautiful but also delicious! Highly recommend this class to all!

Making macarons was fun! I don’t think we had an actual chef though . She was nice but class was very basic and no added information, history, etc. Didn’t really learn much and were told the recipes would be given to us after. Macarons did not turn out great, they were overcooked it seemed. Also, class location changed the morning of the class which also meant we had to modify our plans to travel farther for the class. In short fun but not worth the money. Could have learned more from you tube videos or something.

A well put together, great class. It was a lot of fun with our instructor, and a good mix of getting to be creative within the directions and guard rails to ensure that we all were able to successfully make macarons. Even if you have made macarons before, this class is still worth going to!

This was a great time. It was well-organized and it was clear that they had done it before. You could select the color of your shells as well as the flavor that you wanted to make the filling. I did this with my 15yo niece and we both had a great time. Erica was a great teacher.

The class itself and the instructor were great. My gripe is late the night before I got a text from management saying that due to an IT issue the class needed to be moved across town which would have been a huge inconvenience for the 5 people in our party. So I wrote back saying I would have to cancel (and really disappoint my kids) and then lo and behold the IT issue was resolved. I since learned this happens frequently with this company. So while we really enjoyed the class, management needs to understand that last minute changes should be kept to a minimum.

It was great. The time went by too quickly. It was a nice intimate group of 8 (a mother/daughter, myself and my husband, and a family with 2 little girls). It was a relaxed atmosphere with great instruction. We had a lot of fun and left with a full box of macarons each.

Loved Nogo! A fun class learning all the steps to making authentic macarons. And we got to bring bake a lot back to our hotel. Plus you get the recipe to hopefully recreate (as close as possible😊) your macarons when you get home to impress your friends.

We were a group of 4 (2 couples) and had a good time. Our teacher was Nogo and she gave us excellent instruction. We were able to select the color and flavor of our macarons. We each walked out with a box of 20 (a few with a defect or two). I would recommend this as a very good experience.

I booked this experience for myself and my 10 year old daughter. It was absolutely perfect. Our instructor was great and the prepped ingredients made the process simple and fun! Our macarons turned out delicious. I highly recommend for a kid friendly activity in Paris. I think the ideal age would be 7 or 8 and up, but younger kids could participate with help.

We had a wonderful class that was engaging for both kids (ages 7 & 10) and adults. Our instructor, Mateo, took us through the entire process step by step and we each had our own materials to work with. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone who is interested in learning to make macarons and will be booking with the school again if we have a return trip!

This was a cute little activity! Great for any age. As for a baking class it was not an educational opportunity. No recipes handed out, no measuring, no explanation of the science of macaronage. Even broken cookies were explained away as the first use of the oven that day. Therefore not reliable. I came to learn the intricacies of macaroni and paid quite a bit of money to do so so I was not in the least bit impressed. The ad said drinks and snacks. But that was just a station in the hallway with water and coffee. No charm at all though the instructor was perfectly pleasant. This is a solid $40 experience at best.
