Loved everything about this tour. We made butter and cheese. Lola was our instructor and she taught us the science behind how both were made. After we sampled two different cheeses with French bread and had a glass of red wine. So fun!

The butter and cheese making class was hands-down one of our favorite experiences during our time in Paris! Agathe was a great teacher and made sure we all understood the process and had a very hands on experience. Highly recommend adding this to your trip!

It was fun. The wine and cheese pairing portion was very disappointing. We each received about 3oz of wine and 3 pieces of cheese each. There should have been a better discussion about pairing and had more cheese. The pieces were so small it was barely a taste. For this to be put on by the cheese museum, they sure were light on the cheese. Not a good way to sell your product. On the plus side Lola was a doll. Very personable and made the class interactive.

I booked this class and was so excited to take it but my flight got canceled and I could not make it to Paris. When I reached out to express this they told me that my only option is to attend a class I physically can’t make because I will be back in America. Pretty bummed that they were unwilling to help me when I was physically unable to attend and missed out. Def wouldn’t recommend business with people like this.

Our guide was Agate and she was so kind and funny and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed being able to make both cheese and butter in a group setting, everyone in the group was so kind! We all made one pot of cheese but made different kinds of butter, my group made demi-salty and it was the perfect amount of salty. We got to take home cheese and butter to enjoy on our own!

This was a lot of fun, very educational, and delicious! Thomas, was a great host, so knowledgeable and was pleasant to spend a few hours with. I've never made butter before, whisking was a lot of work and delicious! We learned so much about the cheeses of France. There is a museum in a different location you are invited to go to, so save time for that. Thank you Thomas!

What a fun way to spend a morning in Paris! Thomas taught us all about the cheese- and butter-making processes, and we got to try our hands at making both. I learned a lot and had a great time. We ended by tasting the butter and cheese we’d made, as well as several more professionally made, delicious cheeses.

We met at the Museum of Cheese and then walked to a commercial kitchen where we learned about and prepared cheese and butter. The butter was amazing!! After it was all prepared we shared the cheeses, butter, a baguette and some red wine. It was very enjoyable and we left with some of what we made. Breakfast this morning was a baguette with fresh butter on it. Sublime!
