One of the highlights of our trip! Bastian was so friendly and incredibly informative. We learned so much about the wines of France. And they were also delicious! The cheeses were also amazing. I couldn’t recommend this more! It was even better than expected!

I have not been to many wine tastings, but someone will have to work very hard to top this one. Our guide was well versed in all aspects of the industry, from how the grapes are grown to government regulations. And she handled it all with style. We would definitely come again.

This was wonderful. I met a couple from Florida, two gentilemen from Japan, a group from Austria and more. The tastings were amazing. I tried a grape I'd never heard of - aligote from Bourgogne. And an orange wine. 5 wines, including 1 Champagne and 5 cheeses in a very relaxed setting. I would do this tasting every time I visit Paris!

Enjoyed this experience with my daughter on her 24th birthday. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and approachable with questions. He paired each wine course with a cheese from the same region and explained how the flavor of the wines were enhanced with the different cheeses. A super fun and informative experience!

The wine and cheese lunch at Ô Château was a wonderful experience. Where else can you sit around a table with people from other countries and learn about wine and cheese pairings? We ordered an optional plate of charcuterie (15€) to go with our wine and cheese. Our sommelier was knowledgeable, personable, and generous with his pours. Overall, an excellent experience.

Such a fun way to learn about Paris wines and cheeses. You should do this at the beginning of your trip instead of the end, so you can order better wines at dinner. Also, they have a Seine River champagne cruise that is so fun. Recommend doing both!

Jasmina was very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a lot. The seating was comfortable and the bar was beautiful. Excellent selection of wine and cheese. I recommend doing the charcuterie add-on.

The wine and cheese tasting was amazing. We introduced ourselves and enjoyed a champagne and 4 other wines in the region. The sommelier was excellent too. Being a sweet wine drinker none of wines sampled was a winner for me but the sommelier gave me a separate tasting of a sweeter wine she thought would be good and I did purchase a bottle. I highly recommend this event

This was so much fun, and I highly recommend it! The sommelier was very knowledgeable, and I learned a lot, but most importantly I had fun. I’m a solo traveler and was able to connect with others (including other solo travelers) in this intimate setting. I initially signed up because it was raining in Paris (a great rainy-day go-to), but it’s a “can’t miss” all around.

Our sommelier Jasmine did a good job. She shared her knowledge of the wine and cheese regions of the wine and cheese tasted. Her vibrant personality kept the group engaged and entertained. Personally. I did not care for the wines that were poured that day but the experience was good.

Clement was excellent, his experience and knowledge was truly appreciated and made for a wonderful tasting. I learned a few things so that made it even better about cheeses and pairings. You only get one small glass of each type, there are four; and while the session is fantastic, there was not an opportunity to have a second glass of wine if you didn't like one. I think having an icky choice (orange, sort of the unfiltered), he could see some of us where not drinking it... I would have preferred another glass of the nicer wine. It was overall a WONDERFUL experience, and I would recommend it. Thank you!
