Juan was a great guide - went to only 5 star places to eat, from the best croissants to wine and cheeses to a bakery, to macaroons and chocolate (went back to wider more!, to a pastrami sandwich and a bowl of excellent onion soup. Lots of walking to burn off the food we ate in La Marais. Couldn’t ask for more.

Our tour was really fun- all of the food stops were sensational and our guide, Cecilia, was a pleasure to be around. She shared lots of history that made the neighborhood come alive! Our favorite was the French onion soup and the wine and cheese pairings, but everything was delicious. A nice way to explore the 3rd-4th arrondissements! Highly recommend

Trip Highlight

Dave was a great guide for our tour. Great sense of humor, excellent knowledge of the food scene, and strived to make the tour enjoyable for adults and teens alike. We look forward to touring with Dave again the next time we’re in Paris!

Yum

Maureen_W, Jul 2026
This was a highlight of our trip. Alice, our guide, was knowledgeable and considerate. We had a lactose intolerant family member, and Alice was quick to make accommodations when possible. I highly recommend this tour. Five stars for sure. And come hungry.

Awesome food tour!

Rupa_B, Jul 2026
Our tour guide Corsi (sp?) was awesome very sweet and kind. Very informative. Ate some delicious food. Good company with the others in the tour too. Great experience. One small note did not enjoy where we had “French soup” I had the veg option which was only so so. My friend did not enjoy her French onion soup but overall wonderful.

AL is a fantastic tour...

ThomasR_C, Jul 2026
AL is a fantastic tour guide. And the tour is amazing. World class experience and the amount of food you consume is unexpected. I did not need dinner after the 2-5 pm tour. AL is also a sommelier so the food and wine pairings were enriched and exquisite.

Definitely recommend!

Nice mix of sweet and savory snacks. The onion soup and pastrami sandwiches were amazing. Our boys were given the option of apple juice instead of wine and it was very good! Beautiful area of Paris with lots of cool shops and buildings, too.

Nice to break uo museums...

Katie_J, Jun 2026
Nice to break uo museums and be in a group, meet new people. Our 12 year old daughter qmso really enjoyed it, and tried and enjoyed all the food even eating all types of cheeses.

Excellent!

Lori_W, Jun 2026
Arturo was an outstanding host! He made us feel like we were family from the start. His in-depth knowledge of the history of both the food and area made the entire experience exceptional and that was on a recorded breaking heat day. He kept you engaged all the time you could even forget about the heat. Merci beaucoup Arturo!!!

Hot and tasty

Linda_R, Jun 2026
It is a great tasting adventure and includes some history along the way. However, plan on some fairly fast walking and take the weather k to account. We didn’t know it would be 104 that day.

Eat your way thru the Marais with David

christine_M, Jun 2026
Wow - what a wonderful way to experience the Marais neighborhood! David was our tour guide and he was phenomenal. He was funny, honest and very knowledgeable. It was obvious that everywhere we went, the shop owners knew and liked David! We enjoyed all of the featured foods and went back to several of the places on our own to purchase more items. This tour was a highlight for us and I would definitely recommend it. You won't need to eat dinner after this tour - we were stuffed!

Great guide!

David_S, Jun 2026
Our food tour in the Marais with David was great! He is very knowledgeable and has a good sense of humour. In spite of being a frequent visitor to Paris, we learned a lot of interesting facts and anecdotes from David. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Great Le Marias food tour!

Jamie_V, Jun 2026
Sam was an amazing tour guide. She was able to effortlessly combine history of Le Marias with information about the foods we sampled. Plenty of stops and different foods to eat including two stops which allowed for sitting down and enjoying the food on a very hot day. She also gave us get recommendations for shopping and eating during the rest of our trip. The small group made for the perfect food tour experience.

David our Guide was the Best

karen_w, Jun 2026
Our guide David was fantastic. We had a lovely stroll through Paris and sampled delicious food. One of the high lights of our trip.

Highly recommend

Jennifer_M, Jun 2026
A highlight of our trip! The tour guide was amazing and we had the best quiche any of us had ever tasted.

What a fun experience....

Paul_J, May 2026
What a fun experience. Davide was an excellent tour guide. Funny and knowledgeable. It was more than a food tour, it was really a cultural tour that provided a view into typical Parisian life. The food was fantastic too. Each item was incredible, and not only that but by the end of the tour we were stuffed. Thanks Davide!

Good overview

stuart_c, May 2026
Good overview of food scene in central Paris. Not too much walking for most travelers, and many specific dietary requirements can be accommodated.

Fun tour!

cheritatum, May 2026
Fun tour with a variety of different types of foods. Our tour guide, Davide was so fun and we learned fun facts and history. Highly recommend

Great overview of food

Glenschneer, May 2026
Juan was an excellent tour guide. Explained everything very clearly and took us to really good eateries.

Our guide Anne-Lorraine...

Adele_M, May 2026
Our guide Anne-Lorraine was excellent. Educated, a sommelier, fluent in English, a delightful experience with her. The tastings were thoughtfully selected shops with a history and food background lesson. Especially poignant was that we were in Marais, the Jewish quarter, with its rich and historical past. Each of the four most important food groups were covered: cheese, wine, pastry and chocolate. We learned about the Mot chefs and how they earn this distinguished designation and visited a couple of their shops. So far it is our favorite memory here. As a walking tour there of course is a lot of walking and standing. Not many opportunities to sit on a bench at each stop so be prepared if you have any physical needs to sit.

David with the English Accent😊

Harriet_S, May 2026
David was phenomenal. Great sense of humor and so knowledgeable. At each place we stopped he had an interesting story about the location and the food. One of the best tours I have taken.

Good tour!

MaryAnn_S, May 2026
Alice was a great tour guide! she was very friendly, efficient and flexible to accommodate individual requests. She provided great information, and we really enjoyed to food stops. Our favorites were the falafel, the wine and cheese and the macarons! The best part of these tours is getting to see parts of the city you wouldn’t explore on your own!

Terrific experience!

Carol_C, May 2026
Arturo was a super guide and really made our "foodie tour" a success with his stories, humour, and knowledge. Excellent food choices - truly a delicious experience. Highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking to get a better understanding, not only of french food, but the Marais district.
